Another Event has hit our games, which means it’s time for another calendar. Fore!, Act 1 hit our games earlier today.
Here is a basic calendar to keep track of the currency needed to unlock all 5 items.
As Graham so clearly laid out in the Rundown post, the following 5 prizes are available in Act 1:
Golf Course Fountain (Decoration)- Tee’s Up Pt. 1 and 100 
This can only go on River Tiles
Hope Safi doesn’t mind me editing that in …
Susan (Character)- Tee’s Up Pt. 2 and 125 
Mystery Box Token- Tee’s Up Pt. 3 and 100 
Springfield Glen Entrance (Decoration)- Tee’s Up Pt. 4 and 115 
Burns’ Hounds’ Quarters (Building)- Tee’s Up Pt. 5 and 165
So in order to unlock all 5 prizes, you need to earn 605 . That comes out to 67.2 per day.

The fact Golden Goose Realty is unavailable and has been for over a year hinders long standing players. I unluckily missed it whilst taking a break from the game (on both occasions) but kept expecting it to come back in the last 18 months. It makes no sense to me that they don’t make it an item to purchase for donuts on a permanent basis, even if they limited it to people at max level.
If it were up to me I’d add it to the store permanently no later than level 60.
At 2 tokens a day it takes almost 10 months to get the 592 tokens for the land you can only buy with those, so you need it as early as you can and hope the player doesn’t use them on land for $$s.
My January town has managed to get 1 random free one and two from Daily Challenges so far. At that rate it’ll be about 200 years to get what I need !!
Any clue as to where you can place the golf course water feature? Every where I move it is red and won’t let me drop it.
