As we sit here frakkin files, pulling pics, and typing a million words a minute to get our readers the latest updates and information…we find ourselves sometimes forgetting to stop and enjoy our own games. More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers. Time to time we will be peaking into your towns, checking our Flickr, and also the posts in the comments below to see what cool ideas and designs YOU have come up with to make your towns unique and…well…YOU. So here is YOUR chance to show off all your hard work, time, donuts & in game cash spent. Send us your work, no matter how big or small. Brag about it to the world. We want you to. Welcome Addicts to a new addition to our posts. In this little game of ours, we tend to forget those characters that are few and far between. We get so involved in the game, so into the latest events…that we sometimes forget to pay attention to the little things. The little details that make the Springfield world go around. The thing that seems to be really lacking/missing from Springfield.

What exactly is it I am going on about? What is so terribly important to the game that would draw such attention. WOMEN OF COURSE! To be a bit more specific, The Real Housewives of Springfield (and maybe a mistress or 3. Gotta have the drama aspect in any series, right?).

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

How are my favorite Addicted Tappers this evening? Everyone enjoying their weekend so far? Who’s excited for the super hyped up LEGO episode of the Simpsons tonight?!

Anyway enough rambling from me….it IS Sunday and you know what that means, right? No it’s not time to see if we can put humpty dumpty back together again! It’s time for another Sunday Night Open Thread! (this is very quickly becoming our favorite time of the week by the way! You guys have some AWESOME things to say!)

Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

So…here is your Sunday Night Open Thread. The Simpsons are all new tonight with the LONG AWAITED LEGO EPISODE!!! What will happen during this week’s show? Watch along with us and find out! The Easter Event is in full swing AND Level 40 hit our games this week. How are you enjoying the updates? NHL and NBA playoffs are in full swing…how are YOUR teams doing? MLB’s Sunday Night Game of the week is the St. Louis Cardinals vs. the Chicago Cubs…a rare night game at Wrigley Field.

Level40

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well I know we’re a bit late to the party today…us Addicts have been away for the last few days and we’re all travelling back to our homes today. So somewhere between flights and car rides (and time zone changes) EA decided to hit us with Level 40. We’re sorry we’re a bit late with this…but all the great info you except and love from us will be up soon!

Here’s a quick bit of info to get you going…Principal Skinner starts (he’ll need to be free)…and you’ll also need Ralph and Lisa free for the first part. After the first part you’ll be prompted to build Ah Fudge (600k, 24hr build). Ah Fudge will contain….Ms. Hoover! (A female character that’s NOT premium!)

Lots more coming guys we promise…but at the moment I’m writing from my cell phone. Gotta find some WiFi and fire up the laptop! 🙂

UPDATE from Alissa: Well I’ve successfully located Wi-Fi and a power outlet…at the airport. Unfortunately, for me and Bunny we’re trapped at the airport right now…FAA has grounded all flights because of a downed tower. (Wookiee was able to drive home…lucky Fuzzball!) So bad news for us..we’re stuck. Good news for you guys…I can get you more info! So here’s the Level 40 rundown you’ve come to know, love and expect from us!

As I mentioned above…Principal Skinner kicks Level 40 off, but you’ll also need to have Lisa AND Ralph free for a 2 hr task (so much for Ralph hunting those Easter Eggs for 2 hours).
