Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

The Wild, Wild West is alive and well in our pocket-sized Springfields!

Loads and loads of stuff with this event…and it’ll last until late May. So TAKE YOUR TIME and Don’t Panic!

It’s live on Android and Kindle. If you don’t see it in your update list try directly searching the App, that’s what I had to do.

As always I’ll be back with more as soon as I play through a bit of it…for now know that it starts off with a 6s task for Lisa followed by a task to build the Town Plaza (Free, also takes 6s). This is then followed by 6s tasks for Apu and 3 Springfielders…Then you’ll need Homer free to start the next part (everything else Auto starts)..followed by more 6s tasks lol. Then you’ll have to build the General Store (also free), and the event itself will start up for you…

Add Friends- Vandalism Free

This thread was getting quite long so we’ve added a new one here. Comments on this one are now disabled.

Remember this post is for those who won’t vandalize each other…if you’re looking for the regular Add Me Page you can find it here…

See the notes below about treating each other with respect on this thread. If we continue to see the disturbing trend we’re seeing of attacking others over vandalism this will be the last non-vandalism thread we do. And comments here will be cut off. Treat each other with respect. Just because players don’t like to be vandalized doesn’t mean they’re playing the game wrong. Everyone has the right to play TSTO the way they want to, DO NOT disrespect each other because if it.

Also, accidents happen. Just because someone tags you doesn’t mean it was on purpose and doesn’t give you the right to attack them. Again, treat each other with respect or this thread will be shutdown and not replaced. Thank you.

Welcome to another edition of From the Mouths of Addicts, where YOU get to sound off on anything and everything in the world of Tapped Out! This week’s post comes to us from Addicts reader, Doc.

Doc reached out to us recently via email with an idea for a post on a one-stop guide on how to earn bonuts since there are so many different methods now. It’s always great to have all of this information in one place, so naturally I thought it would be great to get this up on the site!

So without further ado, here’s Doc with his Bonut post! (Bonut = Bonus donuts for those who don’t already know) Enjoy 🙂

So not sure if many of you saw the teaser released on EA’s TSTO Facebook page yesterday..it was Sunday after all I know I missed it until late yesterday because I was too busy enjoying the beautiful weather! 😉 But…they released another teaser for the upcoming update…

Notice that it says we’ll be getting DIRT tiles! (FINALLY!!!) And take another look at the O in Tapped Out. Instead of the usual finger print, it’s been replaced by what looks like a bullet hole. And there’s a teaser about DIRT being where Duels are Done! What could this mean? What will this hit?! What will we do with all the dirt!?

Stay tuned for the next update to find out!! (remember you can check out Wookiee’s theory here..)

P.S. In my experience…whenever EA’s released a teaser like this on Facebook the update usually hits within the next 2 days. So my guess is this will hit Tuesday. BUT being that they went out of their way to post this on a Sunday, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if this hit today…

P.P.S. I know this is going to annoy some of you, but the Android version of the Addicts App still isn’t working. So we’re working to pull it down for now. They’re going to pull it back and test. It’ll come back to the store once it’s back. I think if you already have it downloaded it’ll continue to work (unsupported), but i’m not 100% sure, for notifications.

It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!

Just a quick reminder that Spring Cleaning Wave 2 of Gil’s Rebate Donut Deal ends at 0800 GMT on 4/17. So if there’s anything you’re thinking about purchasing from Wave 2 make sure you do so before the offers are over.

Note: Street Cleaner and the Nature Bundle DO NOT end on 4/17. You have a few more days to decide on those.
