Halloween is back in Springfield! Yes, the water is murky, the screen is slightly darker, monsters and minions are roaming our towns…is there anything better than Halloween in our pocket-sized towns?

One element introduced with this event is the Flanders Family Tome. A quick way to clear all tappables in Springfield with a twist! We’ve seen this a time or two with previous events, you’ll need to upgrade the Tome to unlock all of it’s benefits, but for those who are new around here (or those who have forgotten) let’s take a look at the how-tos for the Tome…

We’re seeing a blast from the past in this event, with the return of the Dig Sites! For Time Travel Toaster it was the excavation site, this time around it’s the Old Ruins Site.

As with the Excavation Game during TTT, the Old Ruins Dig Site has Tappers everywhere talking…about the best strategy, how many moves they can find the Relic in and apparently it’s very addictive.

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Hang onto your toasters my friends because we’re going flying through space and time! The latest event in TSTO has us going wayyy back in time to when Dinosaurs roamed the earth, Pharaohs were building pyramids & Pirates hobbled around on their peg legs!

This Event is broken up into 3 Eras, with each Era containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the third (and final) Era, Pirate, you’re tasked with collecting Eye Patches () to unlock each prize!

The Seventh (and final) Pirate Era Prize awarded at 88,200 is the Pirate Ship and Sexy Pirate, because someone needs to bring sexy back in that town….

So let’s take a closer look at this seventh prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Raise the Jolly Roger as the Time Travel Toaster has flashed us into the Pirate Era! We’ve got roaming Rats (ugh..), Animatronic Pirates, Ghostly Ships and lots of Booty (apparently TSTO is trying to keep up with the Kardashians)!

You can tell EA is trying to do a few things different with this event…for starters the overall event is a week shorter and there are more prize elements, but it’s really the Excavation Site that people are digging…see what I did there?

The Excavation Game has Tappers everywhere talking…about the best strategy, how many moves they can find the Gem in and apparently it’s become almost as addicting as this site !;)
