Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful and thank goodness EA brought us some new FREE stuff for our games. For this edition of Simpson origin goodness, I thought I’d talk about that little item EA gave us at the end of Part 1 of the Thanksgiving questline… the Cornucopia.
Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Well…Black Friday has come and gone and Gil is still sticking around! Why? Well because today is Cyber Monday, and what better way to get the holiday season going than with Ole’ Gil taking a bunch of your donuts!
So what’s he offering this time? Well…for a limited-time (ie today, Monday 12/1, only) you can purchase Truckasaurus! Truckasaurs is a premium decoration for your Springfield.
Now I’m sure you’re wondering…”is this something I should take Gil up on? Or am I better off saving my donuts for something better?” Well…before you hit that confirm button, let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this robotic beast to YOUR Springfield!
Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
How are my favorite Addicted Tappers this evening? Everyone have a nice weekend? Enjoy your holiday weekend? Get any early Christmas shopping started? Get your decorations up?
Anyway enough rambling from me….it IS Sunday and you know what that means, right? No it’s not time for Turkey Sandwiches…that’s tomorrow! Nope it’s time for another Sunday Night Open Thread!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.
So…here is your Sunday Night Open Thread. No new Simpsons tonight, but they’re replaying the Season Premiere (Clown in the Dumps) in case you missed it. Thanksgiving is about to end in Springfield….did you get everything you wanted to? When do you think Christmas will arrive? Sunday Night Football features Broncos vs the Chiefs. Who are you rooting for?
So chat about the Simpsons, TSTO, update speculation, NFL or anything else you can think of! Can’t wait to chat with you all, you know we LOVE hearing from you!
Have Fun! And happy Sunday!
Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Ah Thanksgiving! In the words of Homer….”The high holiday of gorging! Uncluttered with Yule logs, Easter egg hunts, flag saluting or the yoinking out of groundhogs.” That is until your mother in-law shows up!
The Thanksgiving update has brought Marge’s mother, Mrs. Bouvier, back to Springfield…much to the delight of Abe Simpson! So now that we have an all-new premium character added to Springfield it’s time to take a look at just what happens when she arrives in town!
So now…let’s get to Tappin’ shall we?!
Update 11/25- Today’s task has been added to the Turbo Tappin’ Rundown…
Update 11/24- Today’s task has been added to the Turbo Tappin’ Rundown..
Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Ah Thanksgiving! In the words of Homer….”The high holiday of gorging! Uncluttered with Yule logs, Easter egg hunts, flag saluting or the yoinking out of groundhogs.” That is until Puritan Flanders got in the way!
So now that Thanksgiving has arrived in Springfield, we at least Pre-Thanksgiving…it’s time to take a look at the Main Turkey Day questline. This year EA has decided to split it up into sections…with part released now and more coming Monday 11/24. In this post we’ll Turbo Tap the first part of the main questline (ie everything available before 11/24)…and we’ll update this post with the rest once it hits.
So now…let’s get to Tappin’ shall we?!
