Hey there Tappereenos, here at Addicts we get a question a LOT about our readers wanting to reach out to other Neighbereenos in the game. To date, EA has not made a way possible for us to reach out to our Neighboreenos.
A great suggestion was provided to us by one of our readers, brmharvey, who wrote this…
Is there any way to set up a running post where friends can commend or thank each other? I mean, this new event has showed me I have some pretty great friends. And I know some must have come from the tstoaddicts site. So it would be nice to have a dedicated space where they can be thanked, because some of mine do seem to go above and beyond.
Just a thought – I think it’s too bad EA has set up this big social game, but it doesn’t actually allow for any, you know, *social* interaction.
We really do quite like this idea. So we decided to give it a go. Feel free to use the comment section below to give a “SHOUT OUT” to your Neighboreenos. Admire their decorations, town design, consistent tapping in your town, pretty much what ever you would like to say.
Here are a few guidelines we ask that you follow though, we would like to keep this as positive as possible…so please, no negative comments…or Bunny will bury them in the basement with the bodies…errrr…ummm…just don’t do it. If you want to put your email address out for contact, you do it at YOUR OWN RISK!! You will take full responsibility for any and all emails along with their content that are sent to you by doing so. Just remember, you are putting it out there for ALL to see. Anyone that reads the comments and/or site will have access to it. ANYONE.
So play nice and have fun. Here is a way now you can tell your neighboreenos just how you feel about them. 🙂

How do I start boxed in part 1?? I am on level 11 and have had plenty of gold but in my inventory it will never actually show up to place on my land???!! HELP!!!!!
Where are you on the main questline? Did you get to the point to build Lisa’s castle yet and have that complete and Archer Lisa out? If so, is Bart’s Treehouse built? You have to have Homer trigger Lisa then Lisa trigger Bart.

As far as we know, it’s fine as its part of the event. 😉
I only attack if there is nothing else to tap on! I have people attack me even when I have plenty of other areas to tap on! Doesn’t bother me if they attack!! I take this game Seriously, but not so serious that I see attacks on me! It’s just a game! I did come across an annonomous player who had used shrubs with a message, “Do Not Attack My Castle”!!! Can’t understand that reasoning!! Castle and other buildings are “repaired” quickly!! 🙂 keep a Tappin!!!
A little late in the game….but here is my logic in this request. (Btw….it is not my town you are referring to) I do not defend any of my buildings. I let my neighbors destroy them so they get $$$$. They do the same for me or I drop them and get new neighbors. I have to defend my castle every few hours though to get more nerds. So if you attack my castle are probably wasting an attack unless you have a cheater or use lots of nerds. So they are giving you a heads up to attack eleswhere and they will not defend it, but you are wasting time on the castle because they are an active player and will be tapping it every couple of hours. Hope that helps. Either they are being really nice or really bossy.

I have 100 neighbors at any given time and am enjoying this game and having a Blast With It! Even when in Hawaii when we go quite often, I play while on Vaka! I want to say thank you to all my new neighbors. I know I’m new and there’s not to much in my town but thank you for helping me, im trying to build it as fast as i can. Report this glitch if you see it: when my friends are attacking, I try to let their nerds battle until they defeat my building. Twice now, when I decided to landscape and add more castle walls by usung my elixir, when I went back into game mode… All the nerds and shields were gone. But I think my invaders still see my buildings being attacked so it takes 24 hours to clear out (attacks to be won) before I start to see more nerds. Any software/gaming addicts want to look at my screen and let me know here if my buildings are being attacked or if you can see the shields? I use an iPad, if that makes a difference. This happened today 9/11 at 6:00am PST. Thanks

To Soprock! In reply to your “thread” abt not visiting “t-z, is a bit sad, cause if you want neighboreenos, you have to respond back visiting all their towns! If u can’t handle a lot of neighbors, then it would be wise to not have so many, and it’s not fair to those u don’t tap, and they have been helping you out! I have 100 neighbors at any given time (looking for one more neighbor as of now) and it takes me a good 2 hrs plus to visit their towns and treat them all alike, and they have been very good to me and I send them the way I would like for them to respond to me!
You should scroll to the last of your friends and then visit them backwards.
Soprock – thanks so much for your regular visits, and I try to hit you up as often as possible. Here’s a little tip that I use every once in a while… If I don’t have time to visit all of my neighbors, I’ll start at Other Springfield and hit the left arrow. This takes me to the end of my friends’ alphabet and I get to help them out as well. I just keep hitting the left arrow until I run out of time. Disclaimer – my cousin and her husband both have “w” usernames, so I have to visit their towns more often.

Hello everyone 🙂 this is famchic2013 here, I just want to say that I have the best neighbors… if you are one of my neighbors just know that you are awesome and some of your designs and ideas are truly inspired and honestly quite intimidating … I cant believe some of the things you guys created out of random things and made it work I mean some of you are truly artistic and its fun just looking at your town… and you visit me quite often and are very generous so I try to return the favors as much as possible I even purchase nerds sometimes heheh anyway… long story short you guys rock thanks so much! :-D:-D
