For those who like to be surprised we’ll post spoilers below the fold. However, we will tell you that Homer kicks off the event with an Autostart.

Your first task will be to Rebuild the Stonecutter Lodge it costs $2,000 and is a 16hr build. Also it comes with number 1 AFTER you build the lodge that’s when the event will start. Homer then has a 4 hour task before you see all the goodies. We’ll be posting a turbo tap soon for all your viewing pleasure.

Spy on Your Neighbors:
Spy on your neighbors (tap buildings with Cameras) to Collect More Emblems.

Is there a list of category members? Gluttons, criminals, etc. Per Number 1’s tasks to “Send a X to Y”. I’d like to be able to figure out the minimum number/list of Springfielders that I need to complete these jobs, so that I don’t have to keep very large numbers of residents doing 1 and 2 hour jobs (or nothing at all) in case I need them. Especially the Premium ones (or ones with Premium costumes). e.g.: if Quimby is both a criminal and a glutton, then it’s better to keep him idle/free than Homer (probably a glutton) and Snake (criminal, natch).
YES!! Lol. It just took a bit of time to compile with everything else. The glitches and Hotfix took priority, it will be up in the morning on the blog. 😉
After downloading the new update for the simpsons tapped out game now it wont let me back on to the game it keeps showing a page saying there is not enough storage space on your device I have 1.39gb left so I dont understand as I went on it last night I have been playing the game since it was released all those years ago.

I run into this still. Working EA to still find a solution. What device do you play on? I want to pass it along.
Outside of that, the best thing for me that works…clear cache/data…if that doesn’t trigger it…uninstall and reinstall. Also, make sure you have at LEAST 2GB worth of space on your device. The TSTO file is MASSIVE. I keep mine on an external SD card.
You can contact EA on the matter too if you would like to open a ticket.
Is anybody else having issues collecting emblems from neighbors? I’ve visited all my neighbors (while the youngsters are getting squishees) and have tapped on multiple cameras but my town is still registering 0 emblems. I’m confused. Would some, kind tapper please explain what I’ve been doing wrong?
Please take a look at my Spy on neighbor post as it explains you only get 60 taps every 24hours to get the Emblems, so it depends where you were just before you started the game. If you just started your 24 hour window and did not tap a single neighbor before opening the Spy feature, you have 60 taps to grab up to 60 Emblems total. If you used them to get money or used them up BEFORE the spy feature was unlocked…you lost them til it resets on the next 24 hour window.
If you tapped all last night or earlier before the event…you again need to wait till your 24 hours reset to get the 60 Emblem option.

Anyone having issues storing buildings? I wanted to store the Kwik-E-Mart since Apu had over a day left on his 7 day shift and I need him out for one of the Stonecutter quests (the puzzle ones) but it keeps telling me I can’t store it, even though I only have like 6 things in storage.
The Nuclear option put in the game caused a LOT of glitches and items to disappear into no where…due to that…EA sent out an update blocking items from storage. So it is hit and miss on what can be stored right now while they fix it.
Not that I care anymore, but do you know if they plan on doing any type of replacing/compensation for the missing items?
At this time, I do not know. You got one of the “lovely” reps. o.O
I would try again, and if you get a “lovely” rep again…ask for a supervisor. Tell them the troubleshooting is done. Sometimes that frontline can be more hurt then help. It is hit and miss. Also, there is the forum you can use to catch attention if you wanna try.

It seems that you can catch up on the puzzle quests and that the only time sensitive thing is when they start. Its Num 1 quests that you have to do in 24 hours I would wait until he finishes tomorrow and then have him feed. I hope that this is the case cause both lisa and apu are busy till tomorrow for me.
If you don’t have some of the characters do you get them when u unlock the outfits? Or do you have to wait to use them till you buy the characters? I don’t have frink so would I be able to use number 314?
Unfortunately no. The skins will be in your inventory but only available to use if you have the character.
I see two outfits that will be sitting in my inventory along with Plow King. Satin’s Anvil is about the size of Mount Carlmore, I can’t wait to get that thing… Best part is I know I will get it because there are no stupid boxes or spinning wheel of crap!

Hi guys! I’m playing on a Kindle and have the updated content (buildings, dialogue, etc.) and I’m getting spy emblems from neighbors but I can’t visit my neighbors to return the favor. Is anyone else out there having this issue? I’ve already tried troubleshooting my device and at this point I’m just trying to find out if it’s a “me issue” or an “EA/content” issue. Thanks!
You need to make sure you complete the event to the point of unlocking the Lodge and additional content after the build of the Lodge. Part 3/4 pretty much. You will then see the cameras when you visit neighbors. 😉

Why would the Robe order character not show up to tap? My husband acct has completed the daily tasks & still not shown up even after the last glitch update.

Completed all 4 daily tasks, but non of the quests have came up. Like spying on the neighbors or Lisa researching for 24 hours.
OK…what tasks exactly is it you are looking at? There is a main questline “Game of Stones” and a LOT of mini side quests going on all over in the event. The 4 daily tasks are a side mini quest for Number 1.
After you finish Part 3 of Game of Stones… you will have Lisa’s side quest launch for “The Secret of the Cut Stone”….send her off to that first quest (she needs to be free to trigger it). At the same time you will also have Homer trigger the mini side quest of “Quash Those Who Trespass Against Us” (Make sure Homer is free to trigger it.) The Quash is the one that will trigger the Robed Order to come into your town.
So, Get past Game of Stones Part 3 and get the “completed” pop up. Start Lisa on her side quest (first task is Look for Clues for 24hrs), once she is on her way…then Homer (if he is free) should trigger the Robed Order questline.

If you are on android may I suggest going to your home screen, then clicking the stacked boxes that show you your previous tasks, clear all of them and then try getting back in the game. Also what are your characters doing??

The emblem limit isn’t bad as long as your neighbors return the favor & visit you. If you’re a good neighbor, they will be too. I was only able to collect emblems from cameras after I got home tonight (only got cash & XP last night), and I still managed to get the first scroll last night (I did speed up the building of the Lodge when I first was able to place it).
Guess what boys? You’ve *all* won the Pi$$ing contest, so can we just get back to the tappin please 🙂

I had this issue but then there was a brief update and voila it is fixed 😀 still not getting emblems for spying in neighbour though which is very disappointing – says you will get 0 emblems for the next 0 actions. Is this right? Shouldn’t we get emblems for every action even at various amounts?

I am trying to purchase premium items for stonecutters (all seeing eye pyramid) and i cant find the menu to access the items. I have built the main lodge and homer is just finishing his first task. I am on an ipad2. Its odd cus the easter menu was right at the bottom right. I must be missing something big! Help!
Tap on your build menu, then the icon on the bottom right but the last one on the left will be the Stonecutters event menu.

so i had a glitch that eventually cleared itself, when i clicked on Number 1 to view his tasks it would rather quickly flash on and off before i could even read what it said, i did 2 of his task earning emblems before this glitch cleared itself but when it did i noticed the task counter was still on the first oneso i still have to do 4 task today (but hey still got the other emblems so its all good)

what do i do with the six batteries?
the glitch appears to be gone now but i was pointing out that although the glitch was in play i was getting emblems from doing Number one’s task but now that i can see his menu the progress bar shows i only did one task not mad though 1 hour task and a 24 hour clock that starts at midnight by your device time means plenty of time to get the 3 other task and i got 300 for free no problem with that

Make sure that after you send someone to drink a slushy that you wait until they are finished and you are given the tap your neighbors town task or you won’t be able to complete it.
Do you ion what the maximum number of emblems can be earned from visiting/spying on neighbours? I have only visited a few neighbours who have reached this level and it says you will earn 0 emblems for the next 0 actions. Seems I visits less than 10 neighbours – it’ll take forever if I can only earn such a small amount per day from visiting :-/

So only 60 emblems for visiting friends each day? So what is the incentive to visit neighbours then?
You are helping THEM and in return them visiting is helping YOU. You can earn up to 5 Emblems for every item your neighbor “Spies” on. So you can earn a TON fast by being good neighbors. Plus the 60 you get for visting. That can lead to quite a lot a day if you and your neighbors are active. 100 neighbors x 3 spies x 5 Emblems. That is a possibility of 1500 Emblems a day.
I got kinda bummed out about the emblem-limit-per-day for friend visits, too. You can keep earning X money per day by visiting and tapping friends’ Springfields, though!
And, as Bunny already mentioned re: helping your neighbors…. as Homer would say “Ooooohhh! Look at me! I’m ma-king pe-ople ha-ppy!”

This is why we don’t post spoilers. Other sites reported it was part of the update, it’s not. At least not yet. It’s possible it could make a comeback towards the end of the event (which would make sense if it lines up with the 4th of July). But sometimes things look like they’re in the files and they aren’t actually in the game. The KEY reason why we don’t post anything until it actually hits the game, so we can verify. 🙂
Hmm…this is a bit weird. I saw that my No. 1’s tasks were due to restart soon and I’ve just checked back on my A & my B game and when I click on the No. 1 icon in the corner of the screen or on number 1 a screen flashes up for a millisecond and that’s it. Is this a glitch anyone else has had? I play my A game on an iPad and my B game on a Kindle so not sure it’s a device thing. I’m a bit worried as I don’t know how long each set runs for but it’s past midnight here in the UK and I won’t be able to look in again now until the morning and I was hoping to at least get one character on a task tonight.

At the bottom it says i have 605 emblems but when i tap on number 1 it says i still have the 250 and 400 emblem categories to go within 5.5 hours. any ideas??
The Emblems you see are two completely different items. The count at the lower end of the screen is the amount you have accumulated while playing the game…the ones listed in Number 1’s task screen are the ADDITIONAL ones you can win from completing the tasks for each category. There is a “hidden” task with a hint at the top. Like “send so and so pessimist to get coffee”. You have to figure out who completes that task, and once you send them and complete it, you are awarded those additional Emblems.

I have a big problem: I finished the 2nd task of Number 1. Now i can’t start the 3rd because everytime i click on him or on the symbol in the upper right corner it only shows up for one millisecond. None of the characters has a new task, i checked all of them. I restarted the game and my ipad, closed the game etc. Nothing works.
So it doesn’t let me view the Stonecutter Task Menu.
Do i have to finish Lisa and Barts “Secret of the Cut Stone” Quest? (I’m at Part 4).
But that wouldn’t make any sense as the Number-1 Quest-Menu says to do them in a row before it resets.

i made willie and lovejoy repent. It is not highlighted in yellow and it just shows up in white like a normal task which was confusing.
That is why they are “hidden” tasks. You don’t know what belongs to who. There is a TON of info coming up on it. 😉
I seem to never be able to see Number 1’s tasks, they flash on the screen but only for a microsecond. I guess I can work them out by seeing the tasks in my guys, but I simply can’t see them

Hmmm…Looks like a glitch. Contact EA right away…I will start looking into things on my side too. Both my games have the tasks coming up just fine, so I am not seeing it. May I ask what you play on?

Mine is fixed!! I don’t know if it’s from leaving it overnight or from or the fact that I completed one of number ones tasks (yes I looked through all my characters tasks to find who had something new) and that task has now completed but it’s fixed

Hi Bunny, the update seemed to have fixed my problem. Collecting Emblems now!
Yeah me too Dunny, I was actually in the game and it said that my account had been accessed by a different device, when I reloaded the update came through and all was good!!!
You can click number 1 up in the right corner too. The top of the progress bar will give you the task (or at least it does when they are sent). I would think that it will say “send so and so to do something” even if they are not already doing it? Will try and confirm next time.

Just got a little bug. I don’t know if it’s just my game or not but when I tap on Number One, I don’t have the pop up anymore. It disappears really quickly. Same thing when I tap on the Number One on the top right.

Thx Bunny but I tried everything. I still was able to finish the quest part with sending one character to eat sandwich and get my rewards but I can’t go further more. I will report that to EA.

You have to wait until the quest triggers the Robed Order and then the option after to “Spy” on neighbors. So part 4 after building the Lodge.

I am getting 0 emblems when I visit friends. I get the cash and the xp. I’ve earned emblems from the tasks but never from friends. Any suggestions?
You need to make sure you have rolled over to a new 24 hour time frame for neighbor visits…then use them VERY wisely. You only get the first 60 taps to get Emblems. So if you use any of those 60 to collect anything else, you will lose Emblems.
