What’s up everybody? It seems to me that anyone who is at least faintly familiar with The Simpsons probably knows about that dynamic and violent cartoon duo named Itchy & Scratchy. I for one have always loved when an I&S cartoon appeared in the Best. Show. Ever. We already had quite a few Itchy & Scratchy items in our TSTO world but EA decided it was time to bring us the animation studio responsible for them. Woohoo and more!

This week Bunny wants to see your Downtown Cityscape! Bunny’s working on some new designs with apartments and shops you would see in the more business thriving sections of your towns. So we want to to see what YOU have come up with too. So many buildings, skyscrapers, department store options have been released. SHOW US!!!

The incredibly cool thing about the Stonecutter’s Event is not only do you earn prizes by collecting Emblems BUT you also earn more Stonecutter Skins in the Sacred Parchment Prizes. While you can find out more about the Sacred Parchment here, basically what it is is a daily riddle you must solve and send a character on a task. Once you sent so many characters on a task (1, 5, 10, 15, 20 & 24) a new prize will unlock for you. It really adds an AWESOME dynamic to the game!
So once you’ve solved your twenty-fourth Sacred Parchment Puzzle you’ll unlock the 6th (and final) free personal prize….the Ark of the Stonecovenant! An all new…decoration (although it doesn’t boost your vanity rating) for your Springfield!

Update: Looks like they released another in-game update…in an effort i’m sure to fix the Gil glitch…HOWEVER…it looks like right now the servers are down as a result. Just be patient, take a deep breath…they’ll come back up. They always do 🙂
Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Looks like EA has listened to ALL of our complaints about not including the Solid Gold House with Chester (although I still think the Rocket Car is pretty freakin sweet) and added a little bling to our Springfields!
Oh and Gil’s back in town to offer you the special deal!
