Cecil Terwilliger and His Tasks

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Cecil Terwilliger arrived in our games via the Terwilliger’s Event, and once the event was removed he became a permanent character with a full set of tasks. Ever since his tasks showed up in our games many of you have been commenting that something doesn’t seem quite right with a few of his tasks. Cecil looks a bit…lost when performing certain tasks.

Well now that there’s a bit of a lull in our games, I can finally take the time to write up a post about his tasks and what happens (or doesn’t happen) with each one. So let’s explore Cecil’s tasks, shall we?

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

There are loads of characters in TSTO, right around ~~207~~ 204 (just recounted and made a list, I get 204 from the character collection list. Including NPCs, but NOT including skins. 204 characters, 58 of those are NPCs) at the time of this posting. And while many have individual tasks, there are a few that enjoy social interaction and have tasks with other characters. These are called dual or joint tasks.

Joint tasks require both characters to be free in order to set them on the task, which is why sometimes you’ll see them locked out (usually that means the other required character is not available). Joint tasks also pay more than if the character performed the task on their own, because you’re sending two characters to complete one task.

We’ve had numerous requests for a list of all of the joint tasks in TSTO, and now that we have some downtime we can put together a list for you guys. So here’s a list of the joint tasks in TSTO…

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Level 51 hit our Tapping Devices way back before the Terwilliger Event even stared, and with it arrived one two characters back from the dead…in particular Dr. Marvin Monroe.

While we’ve had the Turbo Tappin’ walkthrough up since the update first hit (you can view it here) I know many of you still love going back and reading old walkthroughs. They’re great if you missed any of the dialogue while playing the level, or if you just want to know what to expect when you reach Level 51. So for those that may have missed it (or for those of you that want to live it again)…I bring you all the dead raising fun of Level 51!
