Tap Ball Community Prize Changes

IMPORTANT: I don’t know how I missed this initially…but the price of the sports balls has been GREATLY reduced.  They’re now down to 40 ico_june2015_amateurbucks_md so now there’s really no reason why you shouldn’t be participating…at least a little bit…in the Community Prizes..

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Just like long time Tappers thought (and I mentioned yesterday in the Community Prize Post)…EA has made some changes to the Community Prizes!

The first prize of 10 Donuts, which initially required 110,800,000, has been dropped to 3,266,000!

We’ve also got another prize that’s been added…1,000 Amateur Bucks.

I’ve got to do some digging to see what/if the rest of the prize amounts have been dropped, as soon as I have the info pulled I’ll update this post.

Update: The chance for the Sports Ball to drop one for you to actually get in your town has increased from 20% to 68%.  So now the odds of one of the balls in your town adding to your account to drop again are now up to 68%

Until then…for all those that doubted, keep in mind when we say these things have a way of working themselves out…it’s from experience that we know.

    Hi tsto community! I Unlocked all quest lines pertaining to event, and signed on earlier today and seen the 10 donuts unlocked , it said I was awarded them , but did not add them to my donut total. I don’t know where they are at. Has anyone else had this problem?

    I don’t think that 12 days is enough to earn 110 million balls when in about 4 days we’ve only earned 4 million. But let’s expect EA to do something about it

    I logged in earlier and got the message saying I received the 10 donuts and I went from 300 to 310 donuts but when I just logged back in I only have 300 donuts the 10 Donuts received from community prize are gone has anyone else experienced this same glitch also since sports balls price jas dropped to only 40 bucks which is awesome EA should give us all that spent the 500 bucks each on them 12 extra balls for each that we bought since we got robbed on them and wasted a ton of hard to earn cash

    I unlocked the 10 donuts but they haven’t been added, so I still have the same amount of donuts as before 🙁

    Somehow, when I “unlocked” those 10 donuts.. they are missing on my donut count. Anybody else not getting the 10 donuts??

    I didn’t get my 10 community donuts. The message showed up to receive them. But didn’t get added to the zero donuts I already have.

    Well, as many i had the ball prize up to 500. Had to reinstall. Now it’s ok

    Anyone here not actually get their 10 free donuts? Something came up alerting me of the prize, but my donut total remains the same.

    My ten donuts from community prizes haven’t been added to my donuts balance, is there something I’m meant to do??

    My community donuts showed up and I was really excited but now I’m back in my account and my donuts are the same as before without the community donuts…pretty bummed now thinking the community prizes are pointless…did this happen to anybody else?

    How do you get the 10 donuts? I know I had 21 before, I got the notice of the community prize available but I still have 21 donuts? Anyone get them but not get them? And yea, I’ve been throwing balls like crazy since they dropped to 40ABs

    I got a response saying that I recieved my 10 donuts but then it kicked me off. When I signed in again my donuts were gone 🙁 it sucks cause im a genuine player haven’t cheated in the game.

    Anyone else claim the 10 free donuts then have them quickly disappear? Both mine and my wife’s did this within 15 minutes

    I have been having problems with my game all day. Got my 10 donuts though. But every time I log on my game keeps updating and the price of the football’s keep switching between 40 and 500 currency. It’s currently stopped updating and stuck at 500. I did manage to get quite a few while they were at 40 though. Anyone else having the same problem?

    I think there is another change.

    Before, only 20% of the times we click on a ball bouncing at our city gives us a new ball.

    I think now its more than 50%. I already clicked 9 balls and got 5 new balls.

    How do community prizes work exactly?
    I bought balls and put them in my neighbours towns.
    I just got the “community donut prize unlocked” announcement but I didn’t get any donuts?
    is it just unlocked and now I have to do something else to get them?

    It didn’t give me my community doughnuts, then it did now they’ve been taken away. What’s up with that? My husband didn’t even get his.

    since balls cost 40 bucks now and chances of getting a ball after tapping one have increased a lot, it should be no problem to reach the other prices, too.

    Thanks for the update. I wouldn’t have known otherwise. I bought one ball yesterday for 400 bucks. Didn’t get any back in my town so I said forget it until now.

    Did anyone else loose their community donuts?
    I received the 10 bonus, but when I came back to my Springfield, I was 10 donuts down.
    Has anyone else experienced this?

    I know we achieved the 10 donuts but I don’t have them. Also I don’t have the gymnastic teach skin in my box what do I do?

    I just saw the 10 free donuts were earned and I clicked ok, however, I then noticed my donut count didn’t increase by 10. How do I get my 10 donuts? Thanks!
