But for now know that Bart kicks things off..with a task to build the Danger Pool. It’ll cost you $1,022,000 and is an instant build.

Danger Pool- $1,022,000. Instant Build, 10×5 in size. Comes with Lance Murdock.
Convention Center- $511,000. Earns $225, 22xp/16hrs. 9×10 in size, 24hr Build.
Lance Murdock- Comes with the Danger Pool

Springfield Gorge- 250 Donuts. Adds 5% bonus to all cash and XP. MASSIVE in size…16×25. Comes with Daredevil Bart.
Stunt Bike- 30 donuts. Adds 0.75% bonus to all cash and XP. (Side Note Bunny: this can go in Krustyland too)
Dare Devil Bart- Comes with Springfield Gorge

A good day for donuts for me… 2 for the new level, 15 for the delay, 30 in my free mystery box, then maxed my XP while freeing all my characters, so another 3. It made spending 250 on a huge deco and skin a little less painful.
Although, and feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, this is the first level update not to feature at least 2 fully new playable characters. I hope this isn’t a signal of things to come if EA is running out of ideas.
Hm….I think they still have a lot of options, by watching the show heaps! 🙂 Plenty more buildings, but the characters may have to become more obscure
Love the update. I’m not a level 56 yet, but game play is much better. Not as laggy. I’ll take free Bonuts for that.

Is anyone still having trouble receiving friendship points when neighbors visit your town? I play two games and it’s still hit or miss if I get friendship points with visiting neighbors.

Sweet, new level! Glad to get the donuts (and the bonus “repair” donuts. Woo hoo!). 2 questions:
1) Any ideas what they “fixed” in TSTO? My game has been playing silky smoothly and when i lost donuts a while ago, I contacted the company (EA Games) that took them/created them/invented them/gave them value and they gave ’em back. Lots of room for persistence, but no room for complaints.
2) In SH, addicts seem to feel pressured to upgrade buildings beyond where they would like in order to earn Real Estate Points. I agree that upgrading the buildings is the best, easiest and fastest way to earn REP, but its not the only way, right? Can’t you just send Cookie on her 8 hour task ad nauseam until she earns the REP for you? Or buy 200 jet skis for over a quarter of a billion REP? This seems to me to be an awesome option.
1. Game hasn’t been smooth for everyone. So they just rewarded everyone.
2. You can do that too. Just takes longer.
200 jetskis will only get you 60 million, but if you want to only used Cookie’s task repeatedly every 8 hours, it will only take you 115 years to get the Billionaires Haven. Good luck. 😉

Oops… did my maths wrong, as I thought Cookies task earned you 8,000 RE points. As it actually only earnes 1,000, it’d take closer to 914 years.
I am so glad I bought those donuts yesterday but I have to say I agree with a lot of people on here… they are charging insane amounts of donuts here lately quite frequently. I can see, every now and then but they are beginning to make me regret giving up my freemium status!
I don’t know if it’s just me or what but this web page keeps randomly jumping back up to the ad… very annoying 🙁
EA is in it for the money. They’re trying to entice you to spend actual money. I play freemium (with one exception a few months back). I just ignore it all now. I keep my eye on the things I really want, and bide my time until I’ve earned enough doughnuts to get it. I don’t see any need to keep up with the Jones’s.
I did think earlier today we might get a new level but I don’t try to guess what’s coming as EA do like to surprise us. Very happy with the extra donuts 🙂
I do like the gorge, it might be on my long term list for a while but it will be an interesting feature to add.
For the new friendship prize you need the angel fossil? How do I get that? (I’m on level 56)
That’s Friendship Prize Level 16. So to get that you need to complete Level 15 (Friendship Prize levels have nothing to do with your game play level).
Awwwwww no!! I’ve been wanting the gorge forever and it’s crazy expensive 😭
But yay for 15 donuts! The glitch didn’t even affect me so I was pleasantly surprised. And I know Lance is a character people have been requesting a lot and he IS from one of the classic episodes and not some random choice *cough*Declan*cough* but I’m not too awful excited about him.
I want Springfield Gorge!!! But that’s a lot of donuts!!! Not sure if I’ll get it, I’ve got lots of space, but I try to be picky with my donuts…
I don’t know why but my game is stuck on level 54… I have all prenium objects and buildings/caracters from level 55… In this morning I can buy the gorge of springfield but Im still stuck on level 54…
Someone knows why?
It seems to be going around. Sounds like it rolled back. You can either play your way through (buy rat trap trucks to level up quickly) or contact EA
My level 56 didn’t show up. I went to Kristy Land and back. Still level 55???

Check your XP meter…
What does my XP Meter have to do with it? I have leveled up once since level 55 hit. If I was on my real level, I would be on level 94. I haven’t had trouble before leveling up.
Because sometimes the meter resets and your not on the correct level. If you were on level 56, it would say Level 56. If it says Level 55 that means you need to fill the meter and level up to level 56 (so it says level 56).
As I stated before, I am past level 56. When level 55 hit, my XP bar was at the beginning as I had just leveled up for the 2nd time since Level 54. I leveled up immediately to 55. It has been that way since I caught up and passed the level at that time. I spoke to a rep who said it was the XP bar. I spoke to another rep who spoke to a specialist. I was told that the XP bar had nothing to do with it since my XP was well past Level 56. I was also told to keep playing and it would level up on its own if not give 24-48 hours and call back and they would do some trouble shooting. Apparently there are some glitches with this level following the patch they released. Thanks. Guess I play and wait.
All i’m trying to say is if your XP bar says Level 55 you have to play through to get it to say Level 56. If it says Level 56, then something else is going on. I’m not saying how far the bar is, I’m saying look at what the bar says…that area. It’ll say Level 55 or Level 56. Sometimes the game rolls back when there’s a new level and you have to play your xp through again. But don’t look at the METER look at what it says. Like this:

My bar shows Level 55. Another rep just called as a follow up and told me it was a known issue. They are currently working on a patch to fix the problem and I would level up to 56. Not sure how long it will take.
Have you ever noticed how expensive Bart premium skins are? Kamp Krusty (200+); Shadow Knight (200+); Bartman (??) & now Daredevil (250). At least 700 for 4 skins and a few % points.

Bartman was only 60 donuts, compared to the other Bart skins it was a bargain (and it’s why I only have that one so far).
Duncan and Bart Jockey were only 100 donuts. Premium skin and premium character. There’s a reason I, despite being completely freemium, bougt that.

Did they remove graffiti from friends visits? I don’t recall seeing it even as an option as I visited neighbors after the update

Springfield gorge is massive!!!!! Well worth it though. As soon as i find a spot for it i’ll get it.
Odd that they “fixed” the game, and now I have a bug where my music volume is completely off hehe – if I turn it up, it just drops immediately down again. Tried restarting and it persists. Anyone else seeing this?
For some reason I didn’t update to level 56 automatically, despite the fact that I’m probably a dozen levels beyond 56 according to donuts I’ve racked up.
Try going to Krustyland and back, hard closing your game etc. Make sure the update downloaded. Double check your XP meter see where you are.
Could this be the start of seeing the rest of the Phil Hartman characters?

I love the gorge but I just fixed my mountain/park area and made a media studio center next to it…. Back to the drawing board…
The danger pool fits conveniently in with my stadium area so that’s cool.
200,000 short of the Fortress of Choclatute and this level comes out. I supposed it’s better than spending the 10 million and then being stuck waiting to buy the Convention center.
that 10 million bux can get you u 9-12 doughnuts, way better than fortess of choclatute
What are you talking about? You can’t trade game cash for doughnuts.
You can if you use cash to buy Rat Trap Delivery Trucks (or Blood Mobiles) and Farm for the donuts…ie use the xp from those to max out your bar over and over again.

Well, as I didn’t lose the XP I got the bonuts right after buying the pools. 🙂 So 20 donuts in about 30 seconds. How lovely! <3
Anyone else still having trouble buying all the, what appears to be, new land? I cannot navigate away from Springfield Heights when in land purchase mode.
What happens if you’re in the Springfield area and in land mode?
It doesn’t let me move past, basically the mountains that used to be the edge of Springfield ‘West’. Is there more land to purchase? Did I miss a post on this? The updates have been great, thanks again TSTO team for all the work. You all help me navigate through quests (freakin Declan).
Land was added with Tap Ball. If you already purchased that land no more has been added…which is why it takes you to Springfield heights. Your most likely maxed out of land.
Highway to the Danger Pool. Lol. Was expecting Kenny Loggins to join our game. Oh. Well. We still get free donuts. 🙂
I like the free donuts but what about the donuts that went missing with the last update I’m still missing 90 donuts

Awesome update! I love Springfield gorge! Finally something that matches mount carlmore :))
Of course I see there is the convention center in the new buildings after the update and start that cuz I’m like eh why not. Then free up Bart at kamp krusty only to see I should’ve used my money to build the danger pool. And an even bigger dilemma thanks to the free donuts I can finally get herb Powell but the gorgeous now available. which to get!?! Aaaaagh!!!
I have all my characters free, including Bart, but nothing is kicking off. Bart isn’t doing anything and there is no Danger Pool to buy. Is that the game repairs that they gave us donuts for??
First check to make sure you are on Level 56…did you see the Level 56 popup with Lurleen? If you didn’t you may not be on Level 56. You can also try going to Krustyland and back and see if that triggers it.
I am having the same issue and yes I saw Lurleen and it says I am on level 56…hmmmm repeatedly went to krustyland and back…going to wait it out a bit and see what happens in the next few hours.
Roll back is VERY common. We have been seeing it for years.
Just make sure you are not missing the SECOND most important item… Game Play Level. There are TWO requirements you have to hit each Level. XP Level & Game Play Level (ie Walkthroughs). If you go to your task menu and see that you still have not completed some tasks from Level 53, 54, 55, etc… you will not trigger the new content or items until you get through the Questlines and Walkthroughs for the previous Levels. So double check your task menu too. See if there is still something from 55 or earlier lingering you need to complete.
Outside of that, if it is the Rollback we see… all you can do is wait to see if EA patches it, or contact them
