Seeing lots of questions from you guys about the Players Club Cards. How do you get them? What do they do? How do I get the concierge kiosk? Let’s take a look at all those questions and more as we break down the details of the Players Club…
In a nutshell…the players club is another aspect of of the event where collecting will earn you more currency (for crafting and prizes), tokens for the casinos & an exclusive building!
How Do I Earn Players Club Cards?
There are several different ways to earn Players Club Cards. You’ll earn them when you unlock prizes during each Act. They can also be earned when you craft prizes. And finally they can be earned when you buy certain premium items.
For Act 1….here’s what each prize pays out in Club Cards:
Burns’ Fountain: 120 
Club Card Points
Impulse Wedding Chapel: 240 Club Card Points
Magic Act Milhouse: 360 Club Card Points
Britannia Casino: 240 Club Card Points
Lucius Sweet: 595 Club Card Points
Crafting items also earn club cards, we’ll discuss that in the crafting post. (too much to outline here)
Also during Act one the following premium items pay our Club Card Points…
La Belle Frottage- 185 Donuts. Awards 480 Club Card Points
Vegas Wives- 115 Donuts. Awards 955 Club Card Points.
Welcome to Springfield Sign- 35 Donuts. Awards 240 Club Card Points
How Do I Unlock the Concierge Kiosk?
The Concierge Kiosk is the “hub” for the Players Club Cards. As soon as you earn your first set of club cards, you’ll unlock the Concierge. So either via earning a prize, crafting an item or buying a premium item…one of those will unlock the Concierge for you.
What Can I Win from the Club Cards?
Club cards is a cumulative total and you’ll need a total of 6,660 to earn everything you can in the Players Club. Note: Remember this runs for the whole event. So you don’t need to unlock everything immediately. Don’t stress about it, you’ve got 30+ days to earn it all…

Can I Unlock All of the Players Club Items Without Spending Donuts for Premium Items?
Several of you were asking this question in the comments…and I’m happy to say yes you can. TSTO is a game, unlike some other freemium games, where you can earn/win everything available during an event with diligent frequent tapping.
As I mentioned above you’ll need 6,660 to earn the Black Diamond Players Club Tower, the final Players Club prize. From prizes alone, acts 1 through 3, you’ll earn 4,670 as long as you unlock all of the prizes for each act. You’ll then need to earn an additional 2,000 . You can easily achieve this by crafting.
It won’t be easy, but you absolutely can earn enough to unlock all of the prizes without spending donuts on premium items.
And that my friends is the basic info on the Players Club!

i bought the sleep easy motel with miss springfield during the casino event. but havent received the players card club points for it. anyone else?
You won’t get the points until you use the skin. The skin is in the inventory
Hi! First I wanted to thank you for all your hard work with this blog, you guys are amazing! I would like to ask you something related to the Club Card points and the new items on Store :S
I just purchased Hostess Miss Springfield and I was supposed to get over 700 Club Card points. I have already placed the motel and everything, but I did not get the points. Are we supposed to wait until we complete the questline with Miss Springfield or is it possible that there is a bug? Thank you for your help!!
You have to use the skin to get it. Go into your inventory and get the skin, once you use it you’ll get the points
I don’t know if anyone commented it yet but does the Black Diamond Players Club Tower gives you any special benefit or just showing-off?
Haven’t gotten there yet….anyone that has is cheating.
I am stuck, I have the casino and the concierge, I have no more auest line and am completely stuck and unable to earn anything more
You can’t send players to the casino? You can’t play at gaming Moe’s?
Correct, I got a couple quests to start, was able to send homer in once, I have 100 chips and like 280 cards, but there is nothing on any of my characters allowing me to send them into the casino, and for noes gaming thing it tells me it’s not ready yet. It just hit me that maybe it’s my level, I’m only level 10, but why would I even be able to start with it if not able to do anything further

I’ve been 3 days behind as I didn’t realise there was a new update
I’ve caught up with the main prizes after I bought the card that gives you double chips in neighbours towns but I don’t think I’ll catch up with the crafting and players club. I’ve only upgraded 2 spaces for the first level up in crafting and I’ve only 830 players club points with no option to get further with donuts….
I bought the Vegas Wives and I was supposed to receive 955 players club points, but I ended up receiving close to 5000 points! I ended up with the bronze tower and everything else before that. Has anyone else experienced this and/or is this a glitch? I was 5 points of the 30 keychains before the purchase and now I’m only a couple of hundred short of the 1,250 chips. Maybe I”m calculating wrong, but it seems to me like I got way more than 955 players cards.
Hi, did not receive club card points for Lucius Sweet. Supposed to receive 595. Anyone else have this problem?
If he’s currently in your springfield, as in walking around your town, then you should get them. If he’s in your inventory you won’t. Contact EA if you didn’t get them even though he’s in your town
Is anybody else having trouble with their casino chips count? My account shows a total of 16000 chips, at the mean time the event page is showing a total of only 9000 chips.

Earned the impulse wedding chapel but my club card points never got added. Is this a common problem?
You have to place and build it. once it’s built (and you clear the check mark over it) you’ll earn the card points.
My total club cards is at 3,650 and i have unlocked all the items in level 1 but all my level 2 items are locked and so is the next prize of 2,500 chips. I have played moes slot machine game, sent my gamblers gambling and still my club card points remain at 3,650. How do i get this to increase so i can level up to unlock level 2 and all the level 2 craft items please? Its driving me crazy.
Are you talking about your players club count or your chip count, because they’re two different things. If you read the post above you’ll see that you can only earn club cards via unlocking prizes, buying items and crafting.

How do I pass the collect 1250 chips section? It feels like I’ve collected much more than the 1250 and this hasn’t been unlocked. Does it start counting only once you unlock the Bronze Tower? And do chips collected at Moes not count?
It’s not chips it’s players club cards.
It says 1250 Casino Chips??
You need to collect Players club Cards to do that. Read the post above. You need to collect and earn Players Club cards. You can do so by unlocking prizes, crafting and buying premium items. Read the post above (again if you’re already read it)

What if I don’t have any of the premium characters who do the casino jobs, can I still unlock everything with just dilligent tapping?
Yup, you should be able to.
Can I just ask please? I haven’t crafted anything yet as I’m focusing on levelling up. You say you can earn the extra 2000 needed by crafting. Does this mean you are awarded cards when you craft an item?
Yes… if you craft items, there are points which go towards the Burns Players Club advancement.
When the window popped up rewarding me my bronze club card everything stuc… It’s now frozen with the window up offering me my 30 key chains, but the collect button does nothing…I’ve tired restarting, and reinstalling… No go still stuck can’t do anything with the game now… Any ideas?
Maybe try to hard restart your device to see if that fixes it. Otherwise maybe uninstall/reinstall game (only do this if you have an origin id associated with the game).

Hi, I bought the Vegas wives before I got the concierge kiosk, so was not awarded the 955. Do they pay out later or have I missed out?
Concierge Kiosk should have popped up when you purchased the wives, if that was your first VIP card collection. If you don’t think the total added you’ll have to contact EA

You have to place it in your Springfield and wait for it to build. Once it’s built you’ll be awarded the points.

You’ve probably maxed out actions. Wait 24hrs
No, sadly it’s not that. Whenever I tap them I get FPs, XPs and money. That’s it. Thanks for the reply though! 🙂
jen, as has been the case in all previous events, you are limited in the number of neighbor visits that pay out event currency. once you hit the max in 24-hours any additional neighbors will payout FPs, XP’s and money.

Hi Jen. How many neighbors do you have? you only get chips from the first 50 (90?) taps. Which, at 3 actions per is 20 or 30 neighbor towns. After that, you;ll collect only cash, xp, and fp ’til your 24 hour clock resets.

Chips (event currency) are paid on just your first 90 taps (3 each = 30 neighbors) per day. After that you still get $ and XP plus either FP or random bonus donuts if you are at the highest friendship level. It’s like this for most, if not all, events.
“can get the rest through crafting” I’ve crafted everything on level one, and so far I have managed to unlock only one upgrade tier. The rate I’m going I’ll be lucky to get to level 2 before the event ends. Is there something I’m missing?
You may have crafted everything for act 1. But have you unlocked all the chip prizes yet?
Yes, and to get the keychains and coasters needed to upgrade to crafting level 2 at the rate i am going will take around 28 days. And i play hourly. To get to level 3 is a pie in the sky hope
I disagree. EA always designs these events to allow for most, if not all of the prizes available to everyone who is persistent. If you’re truly an “hourly” player, then I have no doubt that you will get to crafting level 3 before the event ends.

I like how the daycare center and babysitter are located conveniently right next to the strip, so you can drop off the kids while you spend 3 straight days glued in front of a slot machine. That’s practical design.
