Seeing lots of questions from you guys about the Players Club Cards. How do you get them? What do they do? How do I get the concierge kiosk? Let’s take a look at all those questions and more as we break down the details of the Players Club…
In a nutshell…the players club is another aspect of of the event where collecting will earn you more currency (for crafting and prizes), tokens for the casinos & an exclusive building!
How Do I Earn Players Club Cards?
There are several different ways to earn Players Club Cards. You’ll earn them when you unlock prizes during each Act. They can also be earned when you craft prizes. And finally they can be earned when you buy certain premium items.
For Act 1….here’s what each prize pays out in Club Cards:
Burns’ Fountain: 120 
Club Card Points
Impulse Wedding Chapel: 240 Club Card Points
Magic Act Milhouse: 360 Club Card Points
Britannia Casino: 240 Club Card Points
Lucius Sweet: 595 Club Card Points
Crafting items also earn club cards, we’ll discuss that in the crafting post. (too much to outline here)
Also during Act one the following premium items pay our Club Card Points…
La Belle Frottage- 185 Donuts. Awards 480 Club Card Points
Vegas Wives- 115 Donuts. Awards 955 Club Card Points.
Welcome to Springfield Sign- 35 Donuts. Awards 240 Club Card Points
How Do I Unlock the Concierge Kiosk?
The Concierge Kiosk is the “hub” for the Players Club Cards. As soon as you earn your first set of club cards, you’ll unlock the Concierge. So either via earning a prize, crafting an item or buying a premium item…one of those will unlock the Concierge for you.
What Can I Win from the Club Cards?
Club cards is a cumulative total and you’ll need a total of 6,660 to earn everything you can in the Players Club. Note: Remember this runs for the whole event. So you don’t need to unlock everything immediately. Don’t stress about it, you’ve got 30+ days to earn it all…

Can I Unlock All of the Players Club Items Without Spending Donuts for Premium Items?
Several of you were asking this question in the comments…and I’m happy to say yes you can. TSTO is a game, unlike some other freemium games, where you can earn/win everything available during an event with diligent frequent tapping.
As I mentioned above you’ll need 6,660 to earn the Black Diamond Players Club Tower, the final Players Club prize. From prizes alone, acts 1 through 3, you’ll earn 4,670 as long as you unlock all of the prizes for each act. You’ll then need to earn an additional 2,000 . You can easily achieve this by crafting.
It won’t be easy, but you absolutely can earn enough to unlock all of the prizes without spending donuts on premium items.
And that my friends is the basic info on the Players Club!

I didn’t get my 20 Martinis award from the Players Club cards???
well it looks like I am not going to be able to reach the Black Tower level because my player card won’t upgrade that high anymore now that I’ve completed everything. I missed out on Several items in round one and there’s no way to catch up to earn the extra points to upgrade my card now that everything is completed and I purchased everything possible. Kind of a bummer that they don’t have a way to earn extra points on the card I wish they would add that in before it’s over but seems a little late now
I need 65 points to unlock the black tower but I have all the items in the acts expect in act 1 I missed 2 but I have no donuts now

Im stucked too, for last year im doing all events for 100% This event, stupid game didnt want upgrade for 2 days of event, so i missed Lucius for about 2000 chips, now Lucius costs 185 donuts, lol … and to suck more, im short on club cards because this no-upgrade-needed-even-you-visit-friends-every-day and missing 300 club cards with everything crafted … damn this event SUCKS
Have you upgraded your level for the Players Club you do realize that you have to get those little things and fill the bar all the way across to level 2 then do the same for level 3 that is the whole point I had no problems building every single thing through the game
Is there any reason to keep collecting Club Card Points once I have the Black Diamond Tower? I noticed that if I store items they can be crafted for points again.

no, you click on the tower and it has different appearances, its the same tower as before only that now you won an upgrade to it, you didnt need more space for oit
I’m stuck. Need 200 more players club points to unlock the black Diamond, yet I have crafted EVERYTHING, all plants, spotlights, casino, spruce moose etc. Any ideas without having to spend my hard earned donuts?
Me too! I’ve crafted everything I can for club points ( yes, I’m level 3) and still short about 250 club points. I guess I’m spending donuts unless anyone has ideas? Please?!
Yeah I have that same issue!!!!! I missed Lucius Sweet, could that be the reason?
As mentioned before: put crafted items in your inventory, then craft more (you get the points again until you have the limit of items placed) then put them again into inventory, repeat. Constant fountains etc for older currency etc

When I won the Black Diamond Players Club, I didn’t have space to place it, so I assumed that it would go in storage like everything else. Now I have space, and that thing is nowhere in storage, though it’s checked off the prize list and have exceeded the points needed. Any idea if there is any way to get it back??
There’s no tower at all in your inventory?
The same thing happened to me! I exceeded the amount of points by purchasing the Vegas wives. The tower has a check mark next to it as I completed it but it’s not in my inventory. Any ideas how to get it back?

think I’ve found a glitch in the crafting – you get clubs cards awarded for the first ‘X’ number of crafted items placed, however once those items are placed and you’ve got the cards, you can store the items and craft more (above the limit), and still get awarded club cards. seems to work, and helps you bump up your club cards count and use up your growing stockpile keyrings and burns coasters by crafting walk of fame stars and cycling spotlights (for a 50 card payout each).
Is anyone else getting this? Not sure if someone has already posted this…

I have 10pts over the requirement, but it hasn’t given it to me.
I searched, but didn’t see any bug info or anything.
It’s not another tower it’s a facade for the tower itself. If you see a Ferris wheel on your tower you have the black diamond one

I checked earlier and while I have 10pts more than required, i don’t have it listed in the facade list. Only 3 are showing.
Is it cleared on your VIP track? It’ll have a check mark if you’ve earned it
That’s why I think that I need to contact EA.
I have more points than needed (by 10), but it is not checked on the track.
Try a trip to krustyland or a hard close first to see if it’s just a sync issue. Then contact EA. Be warned EA’s going to first tell you to uninstall and reinstall..
how did you get that many Player’s club cards already!?
If you buy premium items and unlocked the prizes from act 1 and 2 you’re there. I’ve been there for a while now, but I also purchased just about every premium casino item.
Then I just am not understanding.
I won all the Act 1 and 2 items and have completed all the daily tasks yet I”m still only at Player’s Club Level 11 (3,560/3,850) and have been there for days now. Nothing I do gives me PLayers Club cards.
Have you bought any premium items? They earn a bunch of Players Cards.
What I’m not sure of is wether one can achieve Black Diamond status without making any premium purchases (or very few). I purchased the wives, but I don’t think I purchased any other event-related premium items (although I have a niggling feeling in the back of my brain that maybe I did), and I’m really hoping that’s enough to be able to get to Black Diamond.
Will my tokens carry over into Act 3 if I start saving them up?

Right now they’re only earned via the players club and from daily challenges. Once act 3 starts they’ll fall like everything else
How do you get them from the challenges & players club? Is just strange that he’s behind me in everything & got them & I haven’t gotten any? Thanks!
Daily Challenges, sometimes the payout is show tickets. It’s different for everyone those payouts. So that could be how…
Players club, the higher levels award show tickets. But if he’s behind you they’re most likely from Daily Challenges.
I didn’t know where to search for this except this section so sorry if repeat. Is there any value in accruing player’s club cards once you’ve reached the 6660 max?

I have noticed that I can earn the players clubs points by completing challenges but when I go to craft after crafting for example 4 spot lights I can not craft anymore to boost the Players Club points. Why is this?

Game is locked. I just got the Burns Casino Players Cub Card Silver 5 stars, but i cant collect. Tapping the collect button does nothing. The game is running, but i cant tap on anything or move the screen.
Hello, I bought the motel with Miss Springfield Hostess Bundle. The offer was to get the motel, the Miss Springfield hostess dress and 775+ club cards but I didn’t receive it. I only received Miss Springfield and the motel. Does anybody know anything about it?
Go into your inventory…you’ll find the costume there once you use that you’ll get the cards
K I have no clue where the tower is??? I’m so confused it’s not in my town anywhere? HELP!
The players club tower? You unlock it via the cards. If you’ve earned it it’ll be in your inventory. But if you haven’t earned it it won’t be there.
How do I get martinis? I can’t find them…
They drop from gamblers and from the casino games. (Moe’s and Cletus’)
Am I missing something? I have enough coasters, etc., to buy lights, stars, ficus trees, and the rest of the stuff but the button to buy these items is missing. Because of this, I cannot upgrade my players card. I’m not sure if this is normal or a glitch.

I have read the post and am still not sure are there four seperate towers? Or is it one tower with four facades. Does any one know? Enjoying the event very much and this blog is a big help.

Extremely bored. Chip earning move quick but getting coaster and key to go from lvl 1 to 2 is slow. Still have 5 more upgrades to reach lvl 2. Get Sweet by tomorrow hopefully. Tapping along.
Let me start by offering the traditional thanks and kudos to the team and community for all the info. I am sitting 100 Player Club Points shy of Prize 11 – 2500 Casino Chips. I have maxed out Act 1 prizes and am into the Bonuts. When we roll to Act 2 will Casino Chips (maybe a different colour?) still be collected and therefore Prize 11 will be useful for Act 2? It looks that way because Players Club Prize 16 is more Casino Chips and I can’t imagine anyone has obtained that yet. I’d prefer the running start at Act 2 of the Players Club Casino chips, just hoping someone might have some guidance if chips are still going to be used in Act 2.

I finally earned Lucius Sweet and never got my players club points! I had my eye on the levels because I only needed 65 more points to level up. I’m chatting w/EA now and apparently it’s a known issue and they’re working to resolve it now. Keep an eye on your points and make sure they’re being awarded!
Ive just had the same issue no club points for lucius sweet. Hope they find a way to fix it
Yes, no points with Sweet for me, either! Glad to see bonuts are being awarded. One of these days I’m going to get the Gorge/Bart skin if I can save enough donuts & stop spending them on events! Rachel
Glad to know it’s not just me!! I asked EA for some donuts for my pain & suffering lol but they said they’re working on it and are already working on a patch. .. that was two days ago!

I cannot craft any items for some reason in the casino event I’ve tried to contact EA with no luck. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone have any help they can offer.

Is this going around…or am I the lucky one? I have one aimless gambling, roaming my streets for a day or so…
But I can’t tap on/”kill” this one…it’s like they’ve already been tapped, except the are not walking swiftly nor are they going to the casino.
(The picture shows the gambler by the casino…but they walk to and fro, not jus put right there)
