Hey everyone, where are you in crafting upgrades and players club points? I find them both slow going. I’m still on crafting level 1, half way to 2. Players club points are at 1335. Maybe I’m being impatient? I’m just so excited for ALL THE PRIZES.
I was wondering the same thing, just now, as I spent all my keychains and coasters on upgrades. I’m at 7 bars on level 1. Players club, I’m at 960, just from earning the prizes.
Crafting level one, four tiers towards level two.
2575 player’s club points.
88425 red chips, so I’m more than four days ahead of schedule on that. The crafting tiers will just be done whenever they’re done, I guess.

Haven’t crafted anything yet & this feels very slow so good to hear how others are doing. On the other hand chips are well ahead of the calendar at 93355 and hope to reach 95000 before bed…

I’ve never been a big exerciser…at my best, I did about 30-60 minutes in the morning, several days a week (and that was quite a while ago and not for more than a year to two). But I’m definitely planning to keep going to the fitness club – just not the Zumba class. Unfortunately, though, I’m lucky if I can get there two days a week…am hoping to try an Aqua Fit class this week…if I like it, I might try to do that once a week (it means cutting out of work about an hour early and eating dinner late, but it’s worth giving it a try, at least).
have you thought about doing one of the home workout programs that are big nowadays? i won’t presume to know what you’re capable of, but maybe something like chalene johnson’s PiYo?
i’ve had a gym membership for over two decades, but the last few years i’ve rarely made it to the gym. started doing Insanity last year, then moved on to Insanity Max 30 after the 60 days were up. i’m now in the second month of my third time through max 30, and i absolutely love it. 30 minutes a day, 6 times a week… that’s it. i haven’t even looked at the diet side of the program, yet the results are amazing to me. i’ve dropped weight, increased muscle mass to levels i haven’t been at since my college days, and my cardio endurance is probably the best it’s ever been in my life. heck, it’s got me running streets again, something i haven’t done since i trained for soccer. if i didn’t have a SUPER cheap grandfathered family plan rate from the days of Family Fitness Center (before it got bought out and turned into 24 Hour Fitness), i’d probably cancel my gym membership altogether.
i know i probably sounded like an infomercial just now, but i can’t stress how happy i am with finding an effective workout routine i could do in the convenience of my own home. i had NEVER done any kind of fitness program prior, not in my home OR at the gym, so i was very skeptical going into it. now, i can’t stop recommending it to friends and family; my father even started attempting to follow the modifier track for max 30, and he’s in his 60s. granted, he’s always been in pretty good shape, so i don’t mean to suggest it’s for everyone… it IS an insane workout, and even just doing the modifier moves can be intense. but i’m positive that there’s a home workout program out there that is suitable for you, as well as anyone else who struggles to make it to the gym for whatever reason. 💪
Used to do that, but the living room is too messy now and it’s the pool and hut tub that suckered me into the club. Plus, with the money I’ll get back from my insurer’s and company’s wellness programs, it won’t really end up costing me much (I pay $30 a month and I should get back $4400).
My daily challenges are not working. I’ve completed the task multiple times “play slots”
I’ve click the go to button, I’ve done it by just clicking on Moe’s games. Advice?
Same thing happened to me. I was going to write EA about it, but the next day I got the same challenge. Except this time, there was a 0/8 next to the go to button. But I still had the original challenge from the previous day without the 0/8 indicator. So I traded that one in for a new challenge. Figured it all worked out all right, as the “play slots” challenge may have possibly given me a few bonuts, but the new challenge gave me a solid donut, and still got the “play slots” challenge anyway.
Don’t know how I forgot, Lady Gaga rocked the academy awards last night! She deserved the award.
Also for leap year App Store has five free apps till midnight tonight. I installed today, haven’t had time to really check them out so if I don’t like will just delete!
I’ll have to You Tube! I didn’t watch but I looooooove her.
Then you will love this probably her best performance. She received standing ovation and lots of tears. Must admit I shed a few as well, but hard to bring those Hollywood stars to tears!

Hey everybody, I’ve been back for awhile, but thought it best to calm down, WARNING rant coming!
So started when I got in my jeep to go to doc, dead battery,! Thank God hubby was home so took his car, which took a few extra minutes transferring stuff plus dogs can get in his car, they have been worried about me, so they jumped in, no way you going without us Mom! Get one out, other jumps in get him out other jumps back in, they were having a great time with new game, me not so much!
Get to doc office they had told me to be 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, but I downloaded it so was done, I walk in door and witch at door says are you Cindy? “Yes” her reply it’s pep like you that screw up our whole day! I was ten minutes before actual appointment time, was checked in turned paperwork in and MRI in completely checked in 2 minutes early so I said see I’m actually not late! Told her about dead battery & she said yeah we’ve heard that 1 before, like I was lying!
Dr. came in MR ARROGANT! MRI was already up on computer he didn’t say one friggin word to me. Looked at it said was poor quality! Asked why I’m on antibiotics started telling him, he asked does this have anything to do with back? “No” then I don’t care I’m here to deal with your back. So he didn’t examine me just gave me a cortisone shot in back nothing to numb it first & boy did he jam needle in back still bleeding 5 hours later and hurts like, you know what! He said in his opinion my back not that bad (first person to say that, but he thinks he is God). So wants me to get these special x-rays in week & go back in two weeks? Sent me home & said stay in bed try to lay flat on your back for two weeks!
So 2 questions to fellow tappers who are nicer and me thinks smarter than that idiot: if he thinks my back isn’t that bad why did he order me to bed rest?
2) would you, should I go back to him?
Also bright pink signs all over office say we don’t give prescriptions in this office. I asked what if shot area hurts or shot doesn’t help? His reply deal with it! He won’t send report to my primary doc who I love, love, love. Says SHE is young and just a doc not neurosurgeon so no point cause no way does she know as much as he does! I have call into her as to what to do now?
So bummed, I’m done with going to back docs can’t emotionally handle their attitudes and they don’t do anything to help, so think I’m giving up & just going to try to loose weight and exercise when other problem goes away!
End of rant! Thanks for reading. So good news no surgery. Better news your support! Thank you everyone that sent me good wishes, it was great to come home to them after a crappy day!
Tomorrow is another day, battery is out of jeep thanks to husband and hopefully new one in tomorrow? Of course I have my 2 four legged babies laying at my side!
I think the dr is a quack and you need to come to Jersey and see my specialists. They’ve been doing disc replacement surgeries etc since they were first available. My doc was the first to do it in NJ. The BEST specialists for back and neck issues. They believe their patients when they say they’re in pain and they do everything possible help with your pain. Between injections (and they numb you first), to PT, to surgery if needed. They’re AMAZING. That guy just sounds like an arrogant prick…I absolutely HATE drs like that.
Thanks Alissa, wish I could go up there! The docs here just suck. He had me in tears but not till I got to car, this has been going on since July, I’ve pretty much given up hope that they are going to fix my back. On top of that will soon be out of pain meds with no way to get anymore! Have decided not to continue with him, will wait till I see primary care doc and see what she says,

What an awful day! Please don’t go back to that doctor…he (and his office staff) sound horrible! Ask your primary to recommend someone, and if that’s who sent you to this guy in the first place tell her about your awful experience. In fact, tell her anyways…she should be in the loop about all your care, and should have copies of the reports from him. He sounds nasty and unprofessional. I hope you find someone who can give you the help you need…I’m sending positive thoughts your way!
I think he sounds like he is in the wrong profession and you should get referred to someone else. It’s not just his attitude but the advice, maybe it’s different in States but here in the UK they now say complete bed rest is the worst thing for prolapsed discs and other back issues. Keeping active with gentle exercise and obviously medication is what they recommend. I hope cortisone jab helps, I’ve had those for a knee injury I sustained a few years ago, hurt like hell at the time but after few days did help. Also has doctor not looked into a short term course of muscle relaxants to try help with the spasms that can come with these back issues.
Please don’t live in pain because one man thinks he’s God.

I can empathise with you as for many years, from where I am, doctors are generally rude. They avoided eye contact, gives one liner replies, and cannot wait to send you out of the door. I think in a way they have to see a lot of patients and time is money. Only in recent years, they have learned to be more humane. And though there is always a lack of doctors, our government controlled its intake. I was a victim of such a policy, failing an interview to enter medical school even though I had distinctions for all math and science for O and A levels. My peers with average results got in instead and were no longer in contact with me.
Anyway your dogs incident was quite funny. And I also feel that your doctor is not that good. Better to find another one.
Uggggh tha makes me so mad!! I can’t stand doctors (and their stupid secretaries) who think they’re King S*** of Turd Mountain. Don’t go back there!! He doesn’t seem like he actually wants to HELP people, and that secretary seems like a real you know what… If you’re anything like me though you’re still polite to people like that, at least in public 😜 They really need their asses handed to them every once in a while, then they’d start treating people in pain with the respect and patience they deserve!
All in all I just hope you find a better doc Cindy! Your general prac sounds like a nice lady, hopefully she can find you a better back doc.

Don’t know what is going on with primary care doc either, don’t think it’s her think it’s new staff. They won’t let me leave message, can’t talk to her. I’m so frustrated with the medical field in FL.
I need her for other problem I’m going through, almost done with third round of antibiotics and no better, this too is quite painful. Her receptionist said “you have appointment on 22nd you can talk to her then)” I asked what do I do in meantime? She said learn to deal with. What happened to caring and compassion?

Dump that loser and don’t look back. Also, if you have the energy, complain about him to your health insurer and the medical group he belongs to.
I have SO much to say to this that I don’t even know where to begin, so I’m going to edit my thoughts to productive-not-anecdotal ones since I’m having a high pain-level week.
First, I am SO sorry you went through that. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in that same situation, and it’s not only negligent, it’s abusive. NEVER set foot in that office again.
Second, if he doesn’t want to give you a copy for your primary, request a copy of all labs/tests/results/notes from the *delightful* office staff for your personal use (basically your entire file minus the paperwork you filled out, unless you want a copy of that as well). Legally, they can’t deny you access to your own records at your personal request as long as you have no outstanding balance, but they can (and likely will) charge you for them.
Third, the signs stating they don’t give prescriptions? I’m assuming they’re signs regarding pain meds? If you are ever in a situation again where you’re in an office with those signs posted, LEAVE. They are a red flag, 100%. Even if you never, absolutely never, plan on getting (or asking for) pain medication from that practice, it’s an immediate indication that chronic pain patients will not be taken seriously or considered legitimate, and may be labeled as “drug-seeking.” Even if this is simply a primary care doctor you only plan on seeing when you get a cold or flu, don’t you want to see someone who respects you as a patient and treats you with dignity rather than suspicion? (In fairness to some of these doctors, the pain med issue is due largely to 2 factors: addicts seeking their next fix, and state and federal monitoring of narcotic prescriptions. However, if a doctor isn’t willing to see the patient as a whole, then that in and of itself is an indication that doctors in that practice are either coasting along, overloaded with patients, or completely dismissive of legitimate illnesses, conditions, or disabilities.) I could go into much more detail on both sides of the argument, honestly, but this has taken over an hour to type as I’m feeling pretty rough, so I’ll just leave it at, if those signs are up and you are a chronic pain patient for any reason, regardless of whether you ever plan on that doctor being the one who manages your pain meds or not, that is not the doctor for you.

I should have walked out immediately as soon as I walked through door got a bad feel for the whole place, right down to the witch that basically called me a liar when I apologized for not being half hour early for appointment. I hate liars and to be accused of lying as her first sentence to me should have been a tip off!
I was there for chronic back pain, I had an MRI which shows clearly what is wrong with my back. All other docs I’ve seen have said I don’t know how you are getting around. He said well MRI isn’t good quality (no one else has complained and I can read it no problem). He just wanted to run more tests, not necessary!
I’ve already called and told them I’m not coming back. Also told them they need to treat all pep with compassion and kindness all the time. Told her I won’t associate with pep that are mean, nasty and abusive.
I know there are a lot of pep that abuse pain meds (which I don’t get because they make my head fuzzy and usually put me to sleep), but I have proof with the tests that have been run, they drug test me at every office I’ve never failed one, so seems if you really need meds they should give them to you, if you abuse them, then they can choose not to give you more.
Not to mention I keep telling them, fix my back, not the symptoms. I just want my life back!
Thanks for writing and understanding. I feel like all I do is complain, which I also hate. I have to say the kindness and concern the pep on this site have literally saved my butt! Everyone has been awesome, I’m so grateful to all that take time out of their life to write! Hugs back!

Yesterday, I actually looked up when someone born on Feb 29 legally comes of age for things like voting, drinking, etc. I figured March 1, since that would be the closest to a full year. Turns out, the law doesn’t have much to say about leap day babies. I was surprised.
Yep, yep. I saw an article in my feed about that same thing. Too bad governments aren’t logical and practical. I’d say they should get it early. A reward for the hassle of being born that day.
In my place, I read about an couple given a 30,000 dollars private university scholarship for their leap year born 29 Feb baby. I feel it is kinda meaningless as it would be years before it can be activated and only if the baby enrolled in that university then.

I’m loving the casino event. Reminds me of all the vacations I go on with my girlfriend. We go to casinos all over America and I’m designing my casino strip to remind me of the vacations. It’s been a good week in tapped out so far. I just unlocked luscious sweet tonight and now have crafting up to level 2. Now it’s time to work on a few rounds of bonuts. Also I somehow managed to finish the railyard this week and Jessie only needs 6 more hours to finish my tree.got a lot of stuff done this week.good luck to the rest of the tappers with this event and whatever else your working on.

I have always find it interesting that indian Apu is called Apu in US. In a particular Chinese dialect, we called certain Indians : Apu nah.
I attended a talk about Indians origin before and it turned out the way we called the Indians was in fact related to the place of their origin. It has similar sounding words.

Id just like to take a moment to vent on how irritated I am that Moe has the 16 hour task to go work at the game place and when im in the heat of the moment sending my people on jobs, I have now for the 3rd time accidently clicked on that. Im so frustrated because it takes so long and Ive been doing alot of work in the heights the past few days and I need him for yoga mats which i need more then anything right now!!! And also similar problem since the space event.. Marge and mrs hoover also have this same damn problem with ‘do narobics’. Ill be trying to send everyone on one last 60 minute task before i set them up for bed at night and then bam, they are stuck on 3 hour tasks. So now i lose out on a bit of money. Last night my game mustve crashed as I was exiting because when I woke up today quite a few people werent doing anything even though I set them up. Also I nuked my town the other day and was aware of most of the consequences however I didnt realize that everyone who was busy, all thise actions would be cancelled. It was almost time to collect from my whole town set for 4 hour tasks. Jeeze. Im having a rough week in springfield. When will they get rid of the narobics because it makes me want to pull out my hair.
Just so you know, you can store Moe’s Tavern and it will pull him out of any building he’s in….but keep in mind it also pulls Marge, so if she’s on a task that will stop also.

hey i just wondered: does like anybody use cheats in this game? because i see lot of springfields that have unnaturally large amount of doughnut items. i just wondered if you can get caught or something?

The area select tool is the best thing since the character locator. I’ve been rearranging near my new Vegas strip, trying to find a good way to incorporate Caesar’s casino (because it looks best on grass and my strip was on concrete.) Anyway, it would have been a nightmare without area select. And the swap option that goes along with it! Great tool. I’m not sure it’s quite done, but I’m much happier with the whole coastal area, now.
(Still haven’t managed to incorporate Shotgun Pete’s, which refuses to even be placed on concrete. Why must they do that to us?)

I started during the Stonecutters event. Was the character locator added to the game or was it always in the game. I can not imagine it not being there. I always use it.
It was added in December 2013. We used to just chase characters all over town. (Kind of like we used to move fence sections one at a time and tap buildings one at a time. It’s great living in the future.)
After a couple of weeks of semi-feverish effort, I finally feel that my Springfield is in decent shape. My wife has been annoyed at the amount of time I’ve been spending on the game, but now am happy to just check in every four to six hours for a few minutes to check on the gamblers. We’ve reached equilibrium. For now.
Does anyone know where I can find a list of how much REV each of the upgrades earn for the Exclusive Resort and the Private Island? I’ve tried using this site’s Google search, but I was unsuccessful in finding that info. I’m at 900K and am trying to figure out the best/fastest way to get that last 100K and get Paris!

No! Don’t even bother with the new stuff! I’m currently at 995,911,500 and last Sunday I was at 750M. Just focus on keeping your yoga mat count up and work on the original buildings. From last week I worked on all the modern mansions then switched to parking garages. Tried to stay away from anything that required trophies because they eat up so many resources. I should note I only have SVT and Otto so it can be done if you don’t have all the premium characters. Good luck, you’re almost there!! If I can stay awake I’ll get Billionaire’s Haven tonight! Woo Hoo! Can’t wait to stop grinding these yoga mats and send Snake to the tree.

Missed the Sunday chat again…. 6 ice times on the weekend. My 7 year old (newly 7 – just last week), played two full games AND played soccer in between on Saturday. She fell asleep in her birthday dinner plate as 8 pm neared, and then got up at 7 am for practice yesterday. Home to house cleaning and we threw her friends’ birthday party. It was like one of those “Canvas and Cocktails” night for adults, but with juice boxes, of course. An artist came in to run it, and they all painted beautiful unicorns to take home. An over the top sundae bar with everything you can imagine was quite the hit (my daughter has celiac so normal cake is out. We’ve done gluten free sometimes, but decided to shake it up, so this was her “cake”). The moment the last kid was picked up, everyone raced into the car and clear across town we went for my son’s 3rd game of the weekend, a 3-0 win (yay!) and then home. Dinner, baths, story times……mommy sat down on the couch (didn’t even have to exercise, my fitbit had topped 10,000 steps just on the day’s activities!), turned on the Oscars and considered tuning in to the chat after the opening monologue was over, and……..not sure. Somewhere I got myself upstairs and into bed, but I don’t really remember it.
On a TSTO note, I am LOVING this event. I wish they wouldn’t make the crafting so frustrating, in terms of needing to upgrade the levels, and it being so frustratingly slow to do so. I do have faith it will all speed up and I should be able to get everything, but I don’t like the slow, grindy starts. Reminds me of when they used to start events with a 24 hr build before you could really get into the event proper. Although they might not be the greatest buy ever, I really love the Vegas Wives and snapped them up after about 3 days of consideration. They certainly gave me a leg up on the Player’s Club. I was on the fence about La Belle Frottage (I only have 515 donuts left – I know that’s a lot to some people, but I was sitting on about 3,000 at Halloween), so I want to make sure every purchase is really worth it (I think the Quick Thoughts thing is done forever – they seem to have flagged me for some reason – but it’s unclear why, and there is no answer to any e-mails, even though it says to contact their account team, and I can’t create a new account with my e-mail, etc. I guess I could create a new one just for that, but it seems like too much work, and it could just happen again.) Anyway – re: LBF, I was going to pass, but it looks so wonderful in other people’s towns – so huge and glittery. I really want it, but for now have not bought it. I respect the no spoiler thing here, and I pretty much never visit any other TSTO sites, but I’m really dying to figure out what else might be coming down the road. Once we’re through spring, I generally don’t buy much, if anything, until Halloween/Christmas hit again, so I don’t mind if I spend all my donuts in this event – but I don’t want to get to the end and not have enough for something amazing. Urgh!! TSTO problems….,, LOL. Okay, well, I’ve hit a Wookie worthy string of ‘stream of consciousness’ posting, which is a polite way to say rambling on and on (except when he does it, it’s awesome), so I’ll stop here. (Oh yeah – I also picked up Jesse Grass after seeing how helpful he was with Rail Yard – I’m sick of working my butt off on it all week, and still missing out on donuts by just a few thousand every second week or so). Hi Sandra – I figured everyone must have these by now. It goes by many names. A really popular one around here is called “Paint Nite”. Basically, a bunch of women – there are some men, but it’s huge with women – go out to a restaurant/bar setting, where the group running the event sets up everything – easels, paint, brushes, etc. and the artist leads the group in creating a beautiful painting. They range from easy to hard (you know exactly which painting you will be doing when you sign up- everyone does the same one, but you are free to customize it however you like), but the way the artist breaks it down, even the most untalented painter can really do a great job. (Believe me, I’m one of them….) They’re quite reasonably priced because you can always get discounts. So, for about $25 (CDN), you have 2 hours of painting, and you walk away with your creation. And while you’re there, maybe you order a martini or two… I’ve only been to one, but it was really fun. I will definitely do it again.
Oh, and as for the crazy weekend – it really is almost too much, but this is pretty typical of the tail end of the hockey season, as there are final tournaments and then playoffs happening all at once. Additionally, as the competitive teams get eliminated, more ice opens up for practices, so it’s a lot, but it’s just a few weeks and then it’s all over for another season and we go through a period of sad withdrawal. Your hockey teams really do become family – you spend more time with them! – and when it just abruptly ends, it really is an adjustment. But then summer is wonderful and you forget about that… until fall sortouts come!

Are you only allowed 6 people total? I have 7 of these but canot only use 6 at the casino. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have bought the Rich Texan. He doesn’t even earn more than anyone else. There’s not much of a benefit for the donuts spent.
Nevermind, after a little search on your site I found out that you have to have the Tuxedo Krusty skin that was released in the game 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I started to play a couple months after that episode tie in. My loss I guess. 😉

Not to correct you Wookiee, but as Alissa noted earlier, just to clarify it has to be Tuxedo Krusty, a skin which I don’t have, so Krusty doesn’t count for me 🙁
Does Krusty go the casino even if he’s not in his tuxedo as long as you have the skin?
Because in my SF he’s been ‘hitting on cocktail waitresses’ at the casino constantly since the event started and because I didn’t realise he was supposed to be in his tuxedo i didn’t bother with it… But he still does it…

Yeah, same with me, but if you look at his icon in the casino lineup while he’s doing the task he has his tuxedo bowtie on, even though he comes out wearing his regular duds.
Also has anyone noticed that when you send everyone on their casino tasks, they all walk to the casino except Krusty who walks away a block or so and then just disappears. Just me maybe? But it’s happened every time.
For me, it’s Skinner, that wanders off and then, zoom, it’s like he’s teleported back to the casino.
That’s really weird. So for you it’s Skinner every time? You’d think if it can be any of them it would switch off instead of it being always Krusty for me and always Skinner for you… As I typed this I came to the realization that I am investing entirely too much mental energy into the minutiae of this game…
Haha, I know what you mean, but since Saturday, when I first noticed it, it’s been Skinner every time. FWIW, he’s been in his Stonecutter skin and I do have Tuxedo Krusty, but not sure what skin he’s in, as I always re-assign them to the job from the casino right away.

.Just popped in to say hi. Still holding that tree in the forest in case it falls over , don’t feel able to let go of it yet . Tricky week last week , too many reminders of Dad . Finding solace in the casino event , love it so far . Was going to call this comment “the view from the forest” but it would be far too woody . Just a thought , never mind the tree , if I fall over in the forest and there’s nobody to see it , will I make a sound ? Crap , got to go , that squirrel’s after my nuts again…..:)

I’m sooooo sorry you are struggling with your Dad! Remember we all grieve in our own way and time. He was your Dad so huge person in your life not easy letting go, believed me I know both my parents have passed & two brothers went way to soon youngest died at 16, he was such a sweet kid, in the wrong place at wrong time. Her has been gone quite awhile, I still struggle through his birthday.
I know everyone says it gets better in time, it does sort of, but there will always be something that will trigger a memory. Hopefully in time the memories will become happy ones and comforting, but you aren’t there yet. Be gentle with yourself. Treat yourself to things that make you happy, your game, a movie, something sinfully good to eat or drink! Never forget there are lots of people here that care for you, so come on in anytime you need to talk! Take care of yourself!

Phil, I finished my tree as God knows I needed another one, but this is special to me being from California I love Redwood trees. Can be in worst mood and used to walk amongst them and would cheer me right up. They are quite majestic, so this one is special so you have big responsibility now, don’t let it fall! Lol

Think I’m doing well with this event; the Britannia Casino is now building although I haven’t bought any of the premium items yet and the only characters I have at Burns’ casino are Rev Lovejoy, Skinner, Ned, Apu, Krusty and Lisa.
I’m now putting some effort into Springfield Heights so I can unlock Paris Hilton (only 83 million to go!)
You’re doing really well! I don’t even have Magic Millhouse yet, and my SH is only at about 275M (I stopped for a long time when we couldn’t pick our building phase). I also prioritized finishing the rail yard last week before I put everyone on casino. Ugh – decisions, decisions!!
An interesting thing happened. I was at Michaels craft store today and I was at the register checking out. All of a sudden Homer decides to call out “Ooooo New Building”. The man who was in the process of checking me out laughed and said “its been a while since Ive played that game.” I couldn’t help but laugh.

Hilarious! I once forgot to silence my phone and Homer called out “Visitors! Better put on pants!” right in the middle of a teleconference. Naturally, no one actually said anything except for an awkward pause, and I never owned up to it! Sadly, push notifications have been silenced ever since – I was also getting sick of being woken from a dead sleep when one would chime out at 2 am).
I turn off all notifications on my phone for that reason. The only thing I get notifications for is my email now, and even those are just vibrations. I am not a happy person if I lose sleep lol.
I have enough trouble sleeping without my phone/tablet beeping at me. Then I see people who set alarms to tap in the middle of the night…I guess they’re just more addicted than me!
Ya I’ve NEVER done that. That’s a whole ‘nother level of addicted lol.
I’m not overly happy when I lose sleep, but my husband is extremely unhappy, lol! My marriage was on the line… 😉

Reminds me of last summer when during a job training session with about a half dozen other people, we all heard Homer from the game say something. It was a small room so it couldn’t be discerned whose iPhone it was and I never did find out. If I did, I would friended them in the game. We all just grinned when it happened.
Britannia Casino disappeared…
I currently play on my phone and as I earned the Britannia casino I got a phone call which I had to take. When I logged back in it wasn’t anywhere to be found. When I tapped on trophy icon it showed under Burns’ casino prizes without a tick (✔️) Even though I had exceeded the chips needed to get it. Tried going to KL, friends etc but nothing. Deleted and reinstalled and when I logged in it appeared immediately.
If anyone experiences something similar I hope this helps…
Has it gone straight into your inventory? With these types of prizes the game always asks if you want to store it or place it, might be worth a look.
Brain clearly not fully in gear, what I should have said is that it might be worth checking inventory as another place it could’ve gone before resorting to delete/reinstall.

I had looked in every possible place in the inventory & it wasn’t there. After trying all that I went back to the Burns’ Casino Prizes and saw that it was not ‘ticked’ & the chip count was 28 000+ even though I only needed 27 500 to earn it. It was only then that I deleted/reinstalled and when I logged back in it immediately brought up the casino with the Place/Store option 😄

Hello I have been having issues with the daily challenge for a week. My daily challenges are never available. Every day it say that I will get a challenge in 24hours but once the 24 hours are up I don’t get a challenge and it says wait another 24hours. Any advise?
If you have an EA/Origin account (which you really, really should) try to uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact EA.

Is it just me, or do these kinds of requests smack of some kind of scamming, cheating, or other?? I don’t know, but it would be obviously stupid to hand over your login information to someone so I feel like posts like these are either incredibly naive, and should be deleted for the poster’s safety, or trolling for some inappropriate reason, and should be deleted for the safety of others.
I pushed it through so you guys could encourage josh to rebuild his town…don’t worry i would NEVER let login or email information get through moderation. Instead I thought this would be a good opportunity for the community to encourage Josh….
Interesting – I interpreted Josh’s comment to mean that he wanted to rebuild his town, but he didn’t feel like doing the word to actually go into inventory and pull everything out and wanted someone to do the work for him.
Of course, I may have misunderstood….

I fell asleep playing the game during the last Halloween event and woke up to a nuked town. How that’s even possible I don’t know because I understand there are several confirmation boxes, but somehow I managed it. After freaking out a bit I called EA and asked them to roll back my game to before the nuke. They refused claiming they didn’t have that ability. I knew that wasn’t true, but had to accept it. I put all the characters and money generating buildings out immediately so I could keep playing the event, then after ever so briefly considering quitting and waiting a few days to get over the shock and get my motivation up, I redesigned. It actually was much quicker and easier than I had imagined and I think my town turned out better for the whole accident. The new cut and paste tool should make things even easier. I say just start on it and soon you’ll find you’re better off than before.
