Update: Just about 5pm on the east cost of the US and I’m successfully back into my game….looks like EA’s rolling everyone back into their games. So hopefully if you’re stuck you’ll get back in shortly. 🙂

Just popping in with a quick update…looks like the servers are down once again. And it’s similar to what happened at the start of Act 2. (and this one is impacting me as well)
You go into your game and you get the dreaded Bart Screen. Then you hit retry and you get a popup saying you’ve logged out of your game, would you like to log in again. When you try to put your current password in it pops up saying an error occured. VERY ANNOYING.
And now i’m seeing this message when i hit login on the Splash Screen…
Not sure if they were hacked again, or something else is going on. But for now know that they’re down for many players…and more and more are realizing it as they approach their 4hr mark to log back in.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation here and see what if anything transpires…

Intresting: i have the game on a tablet and on a phone (both logged on to the same account). The phone can’t connect to EA, while I can play on the tablet, no problem. They are both on the same Wi-Fi…

I literally was just in my game and did everything I needed to, then came here to see the new calendar and saw this. So I guess I’m lucky.
No problems getting into the game BUT I could p,eyed the “defeat mega thing with polyvac” successfully, and it isn’t recognizing? Do i have to keep doing it? It says only 1 time. Little help?
I live near London and have been able to pop into Springfield regularly with no problems. 🙂
Finally able to get back into my game via my Kindle and my phone. Whew. It’s my day off and I just wanted to tap! Not being able to was very infuriating. Yep, I am an Addict.
I was just able to log into my Origin account and got into my game. Time was about 4:30 EST. stinks to have lost 3+ hours, but glad to have it back! 😀
It is so frustrating – I keep getting the Bart screen and the person sitting beside me has been playing all afternoon and just levelled up!!! grrr…
So unfair waiting 4 hrs to play again and I’m stuck in my cousin’s game (game-sitting while she works) and I can’t log out to log in into mine :(.
Interestingly I can play on my Kindle but am locked out of my iPhone
I just got in a minute ago, no issues. (4 p.m., EDT) My game does not seem to have updated the icons for “Chronons” though; hope I still get credit for “Dark matter.”
I’ve been logging in once an hour today to do the weekly Rail Yard recycling; I haven’t seen any problems from the server.
Its funny, I have my daughter’s and my game on same kindle. Its let’s me go into her game just fine, but if I log out to go into my game it says servers down.
I’m one of the fortunate few who hasn’t been having problems, this time around. Noting your comment about your daughter’s account vs your account makes me wonder if the issue has something to do with one database server (within a distributed group of servers) having been knocked offline…
Yes – I can get in through my Kindle Fire, but my Nexus 7 will not connect at all – so it seems to be a problem with specific hardware
Still no luck… I can only play an anonymous game, lost at least two turns now, and it’s almost bed time. Well, at least the prizes are kind of meh, and the daily goal is not that high anyway, compared to the first two acts.
The Bart screen has caused me to lose copious amount of donuts as it tends to happen when I am collecting XP!

Log back in ….using your Origin account. When you start without that, it resets.
Still locked out here. Came home from work drenched after getting caught in an almighty thunderstorm and just wanted to sit down and play my game! Bah. Let’s hope it comes back before bedtime (it’s 8.50pm right now here in the UK.)
My friends list disappeared a minute ago. Zoning back and forth again fixed it. I suspect related to server issues.
What do you mean by zoning? My friends list has disappeared too!
Go back to your town, then go back to friends zone again and then they showed up for me.
Very odd cause my family plays on 3 different tablets. My tablet is down but my wife and daughters tablet are both working. Very curious to what’s going down with EA today……..
Just got the notification that robots are invading my Springfield! Come smash them up now!!! I would if I could Homey!! 🙁 darn log in issues!
I still unable to get on from my phone. I got home from work and can get on my B game which I run on BlueStacks.
On a side note defeating Mecha Hawk in Blue Stacks is seemingly impossible. If I move the mouse around any faster, it’ll catch on fire.

Down for me & yesterday bought a building that did not show up in my town. Working with EA on the building issue.
I’m in Detroit and game is working here.
So am I! And thankfully no log in issues for us… I’m hoping it stays that way and that everyone else will be able to get back into their games soon!
