The snow is falling in Springfield, which can only mean Winter has arrived in our pocket-sized towns! And what better way to celebrate the Winter holidays than with a super creepy Gnome?
As we hypothesized prior to the event, the Gnome in Your Home early Christmas present from EA escapes from his box and you’re tasked with finding him. Finding and then clearing the Gnome can generate some much needed event currency every four hours. So lets break down this creepy little guy and everything you need to know to put him back in his box.
Weeeeeee wish you a Merry… hey now … wait a minute… what’s this??!!
It looks like we have journeyed back in time to celebrate the Festivities this year. The game is being infultrated with some old school rituals, Pagans, Goats… will we see Conan?… or CROM??!! 😉
With all the cool new stuff hitting the games for this smaller Event, I am sure the panic will set in (if it has not already) of the need for a daily Calendar to follow to keep you all on track. Well we don’t want our Material Collection stuck back in time… so I guess …
So normally we just plug away with updates here at Addicts HQ. Listening to what you guys have to say, but trying not to say too much about our opinions. (well…before Pat anyway lol) We write our posts, give you guys the details and address issues we feel need to be addressed. But we try not to say too much about the theme of the events. Because let’s face it, we’re all Addicts and we’re going to plug away no matter what. But this 2016 Winter Event has seem to hit a nerve with many of you…
It’s snowing in Springfield and that can only mean one thing…Winter has arrived!
The 2016 Winter Event hit our devices yesterday afternoon and with it arrived, not only pagans invading our pocket-sized Springfields, but a whole new questline to work our way through!
As was mentioned on the rundown post Act 1 runs until December 18th, and you’ll need Homer and Lisa and a variety of others free for a a bunch of 6s tasks to get things started.
Remember, the questline is there to guide you. So when you get stuck on something, or haven’t unlocked something, just follow along with the questline and it’ll take you through everything you need to do to complete the first Act and unlock everything you need in order to play properly.
So let’s take a look at the questline to see just what happens when Springfield goes Pagan…
