Thank Grog It’s Firday!

I’m not going to say why…but man, do I need a break from this week. No…it has nothing to do with Peach Mint Korn (inside family/friends joke) but more to do with trying to get everything done I need to get done, before heading out to New Orleans on the 27th. I know…I know...poor, poor me!

But, what I really want to write about, is that I think the writers have really lost it this year. I get it. Grandpa’s memory is more than a little hazy. But, come on. Did they really have to go there?

Pagans are one thing…but making Santa a Nazi, is really over the top. However, Heir Santa is only a small portion of the “less than Christmas” vibe of this event. Let’s take a look and see what else the writers are cooking up…

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Gather ’round the tapping device everyone, it’s update time in TSTO! And there’s nothing like the holidays to bring a little crazy to our pocket-sized towns! As the latest event in TSTO hit our towns recently…this time to celebrate Christmas! (kinda…sorta. Maybe?) Of course, a new event gives EA an excuse to stock our stores with returning premium content, just tempting us to drop those pink sprinkles!

As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s finally Christmas in Springfield! Our pocket-sized Springfields have been covered with a fresh blanket of snow! What’s in store for us this time? Well, we’re tasked with trying to determine if Grampa Simpson ever saves Christmas, while he bores Death…well to death! Loads of dialogue with this one, so be sure to read along to see what happens! And of course, I’ll be posting it as each week wraps up.

Abe’s in Toyland follows the same event structure of the Multi-Events before it. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!

For Week 2, Act 2, we’re following the second, Grampa Saves Christmas, story…a tale from the streets of London! All of the prizes unlocked during week 2 play a role in that storyline.

So let’s take a look at prizes 2 and three on the Abe’s in Toyland Act 2 Prize track…Carnaby Street and the Double Decker Bus…
