So The Marge at the Bat update gives me an opportunity to do something I didn’t do last year, and that’s cover Aristotle Amadopolis’ tasks.
Aristotle originally arrived as a free character, via the questline, during The Springfield Jobs event (last Spring). And because he was awarded via the questline and not the prize track, I never went back around to cover his task list and other details about him.
So Aristotle’s arrival in Springfield once again with the Marge at the Bat update gives me a chance to circle back. So the update is good for something I suppose. 😉
So here’s a look at the details behind Aristotle, Shelbyville’s Nuclear Power Plant Owner…

I’m always a fan of new things even though a lot of the coolest things cost precious sprinklies. It’s always a pleasure to re-watch episodes of the Best. Show. Ever. For this round of origins, we’ll be taking a look at the Characters released in Act 3 of the 2018 Springfield Jobs event:

It’s nearly Cinco de Mayo! A new holiday in Springfield gives EA an excuse to drop holiday-themed premium items in our stores. A bunch of items (mostly returning) to tempt you with their Sprinkles.
As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add Mexican Duffman (or any of the combos) to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this South of the Border Duffman to your town…
A couple of weeks ago we announced the next Springfield showoff featuring your Springfield Jobs designs and here is your reminder post. We’re getting ready to do the next Springfield Showoff featuring your Springfield Jobs inspired designs! So prep those towns…because we want to see what you’ve done with your Springfield!
Finish up those designs and send us your designs. We’ll be putting up the Showoff post, featuring your designs on TUESDAY MAY 8th, 2018….so you’ve got just under a week to finish up your designs if you’d like to be featured.
So work on those designs and send us some screenshots when you’re ready…just make sure to send your submissions in by about 8pm ET Monday, May 7th, 2018. Can’t wait to see what YOU have come up with.
You can send your designs in two ways…either post a link to the image in the comments on this post or you can email them to us at TSTOAddictsblog@gmail.com. We won’t be pulling images from anywhere else, so please if you want to be featured either submit in the comments below or email your images to us.
Note: PLEASE try to limit your submissions to only 1-2 of your favorite screenshots. We like to try and let everyone showoff their town but it becomes difficult when some of you are sending in 7-10 images. Pick your favorite areas and send them in (or if you stitch photos together, that works too). We’ll try our best to get EVERYONE in, but please understand that sometimes we miss a photo or two. If we miss you one week, we’ll try really hard to make sure we get you in the next week. You’re always welcome to showoff your town, at any time, on our Flickr page. We know a lot of you have awesome towns that you want to show off, but please try to stick with this week’s theme. Remember, this isn’t a contest. There’s nothing to win. It’s just a fun way to showoff your town and get some design inspiration from your fellow Addicts. 🙂

Act 3 of the event brought one new premium character to Springfield, Raoul now joins the Foreigners Character Collection. And as with the vast majority of premium characters, he comes equipt with his own questlines. So let’s take a look at it now…

So now that things have calmed down slightly with the rush of Act 3 starting, I can catch my breath and take a minute to break down the heist bonus % awarded with the Act 3 craftables.
Popping in real quick with your friendly reminder of The Springfield Jobs Act 3 currency. Some of you have gotten confused with this event for some reason on the currencies. This event is just like every other event when it comes to currency. There are 2 different types of currency….Prize Track and Currency.
Prize Track currency is for unlocking prizes in the Prize Track. This changes for each Act. So each Act the Prize Track Currency will change to something different. (you can see each currency on the neighbor’s screen)
For Act 3 it’s Poker Chips…they look like this:
Crafting currency is for unlocking/buying craftable items at Plunderer Pete’s. This remains the same for the entire event. Crafting currency will NOT change from one Act to the next. And this is the very last Act of this event, so use it or lose it. Crafting currency is Plunders….they look like this:
Oh and these guys… are also the same for the entire event. And there’s no point in saving them up. Use them when you get them since they only pay out Crafting Currency…
Remember, this is the very last Act in this event. So use it all or lose it all…that goes for Masks too.
