Valentine’s Day has arrived in Springfield! But, with all of the new Valentine’s premium items that are limited-time it may be overwhelming trying to decide which items to buy and what to pass on. With that limited-time label on items I know it can be tempting to just buy everything you can. But, have no fear! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth your donuts & what you might want to hold off on.

Update 7pm EST: We’re seeing reports from Tappers (And we’re getting it first hand on our own accounts) that the servers are back up! So we’re free to Tap Tap Tap Away. So get back to breaking hearts tappers!

Yea? Me too. But...DO NOT PANIC! While it sucks, yes, this is something that we’re seeing many many MANY Tappers experiencing right now.
Usually right after a big update hits the games (like Valentine’s Day) the servers go down. It’s because so many Tappers are logging into their games at the same time (and we find that it’s usually between 2pm-5pm EST). Don’t worry though they’ll be back up soon. If you’re getting extremely frustrated by this, if possible, try tapping at a different time during the day. I know when I go on in the morning or in the evening I don’t usually have an issue getting into the game (unless they’re doing something to the Server).
So be patient…relax…and keep trying. Eventually they’ll come back up and we can all get to Tap Tap Tappin again!
We’ve been seeing a TON of comments about “what happens next”, so now that the update is 24hrs old, and most of you should have your Rosebush complete, we figured it’s a good time to Turbo Tap Valentine’s Day!
For those of you who don’t know Turbo Tappin’ is our quick version of a walkthrough for the Level/Update/Character where we give you who starts the quest, the task and what you earn. This way you have your quick guide on who to keep free and when. This is great for our fellow Addicts who love to copy and paste the walkthrough into their device for quick reference. Now on with Valentine’s Day! As I mentioned in the initial update post the main quest is called Cards and Read, Marge’s Hair is Blue, but there are some mini quests that pop-up throughout as well. We’ll cover those here as well. The Event kicks off with some dialogue between Homer and Lisa (that should auto-start for you). So let’s get to Turbo Tappin’ shall we?
So we finally got the elusive Valentine’s Day Event and it looks pretty sweet so far. 9 returning items and 10 new things! Almost makes me want to point out the power in prime numbers. 3 weeks of love-filled fun with your neighboreenos… what’s not to like? This fuzzball is stoked. Super stoked even. Anyone else feeling a little twitterpated? (seriously hope someone gets that reference)
Here at Team Awesome Sauce, we always love providing you with up-to-date content and info about all the buildings, characters and decorations. What’s even better is when we’ve actually done this before an update even drops. I dug through the vaults (lots of fur and cheetos dust in there btw) and figured rather than rehashing previous posts, I could just share posts you may or may not have seen. Sound like a good idea?
