Heigh ho, heigh ho, on an origin post we go… at Addicts we say WDTCF, heigh ho, heigh ho, heigh ho heigh ho heigh ho!

Woo hoo! This is the post I’ve been waiting my whole TSTO blogging experience to do. Who doesn’t want to know more about Grumpy, Sleepy, Sneezy, Happy, Bashful, Dopey and Doc? I mean c’mon, they’re like the coolest little people that ever appeared in a faerie tale….

What was that Bunny? I’m not supposed to talk about a German fairy tale that was made famous by the Brothers Grimm and then even more famous by Walt Disney? You mean we got new decorations for Krustyland that have something to do with the 7 dwarfs but different? I have to put my love for Disney where? What do you mean Surly? I’ll show you surly you cotton-tailed, floppy-eared varmint….. errrr, people are reading this? Ummm… errrrr…. HELLO! Wookiee here and I guess I’m not writing about Snow White and instead supposed to be talking about seven of our new decorations in Krustyland that came with Level 39. Without further rambling, I guess let’s get started.

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

So Tuesday (3/25) meant the end of St. Patrick’s Day in Springfield (as well as the end of the War of Art Episode Tie-In) but alas our rivers were still green since an actual update was required to rid our town of green water for another year. And that update hit on Friday (3/28)!

Of course with the release of Level 39 many of the requirements to maintain 5 Stars on your Conform-O-Meter have changed, so let’s check it out and see what the new requirements are. So now you’ll have all the information you need to maintain that 5-Star Springfield!

The Conform-O-Meter is an important part of Tapped-Out because it provides you with a bonus boost in your cash and XP from everything you collect in the game. When you achieve a 5-Star Town (it’s max rating) you will receive a 5% bonus on all money and XP collected in your town. If you missed the previous Conform-O-Meter posts check here for the basics and here for how many points you’ll need to reach 5 stars.

The Level 39 update has introduced 2 new buildings, 2 new characters, 2 new decorations (including the Friend Point E.A.R.L) & all new point amounts required to reach a 5-Star Springfield. Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

How are my favorite Addicted Tappers this evening? How was your weekend? Do anything fun? Tap like crazy to get those FP’s and E.A.R.L?

Anyway enough rambling from me….it IS Sunday and you know what that means, right? No it’s not time to restock Wookiee’s Cheetos. Nope it’s time for another Sunday Night Open Thread! (this is very quickly becoming our favorite time of the week by the way! You guys have some AWESOME things to say!)

Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

So…here is your Sunday Night Open Thread. The Simpsons are all new tonight…what will happen in the new episode? What troubles will they get into in Brazil? Can Homer REALLY make it as a soccer ref? Watch them along with us and find out! We FINALLY had Level 39 hit our games this week…of course we had to wait all the way until FRIDAY for it to happen, but it hit nonetheless! What do you think of the new update? Have you added Manjula to your Springfield? Elite 8 is almost over, and the Final Four has almost been decided! How’s YOUR team doing? Does anyone still have a halfway decent bracket in tact? Oh and IT’S OPENING NIGHT IN BASEBALL!!!! Is there anything better than the sound of “Play Ball!”?! Who do YOU think will win it all this season?

So chat about the Simpsons, TSTO, the new update, March Madness, MLB or anything else you can think of! Can’t wait to chat with you all, you know we LOVE hearing from you!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Sorry this is a little late…bit of a crazy weekend around the Addicts Offices but figured better late than never right? So…popping in with a little reminder for our favorite Addicted Tappers….an ALL NEW Simpsons Episode will be airing tonight, Sunday 3/30, on FOX. So just what do The Simpsons have in store for us this week?

Here’s the episode information released from FOX:
“Homer is recruited as a World Cup referee after Lisa extolls his integrity on the youth soccer field in a Springfield Elementary speech contest. But when the Simpsons travel to Brazil, Homer finds his honesty tested by one of South America’s slickest gangsters in the soccer match-bribing business”

Be sure to tune in tonight to see how it all plays out!

Welcome to another new addition to Addicts, the Mad Men of Springfield. We will be going into depth on the history and background of the male species running around our lil towns as well as those not yet in the game.

Just think about it. What Man living in Springfield is “normal”? Not a single one that I can think of. They all have at least ONE thing wrong with them. Seriously! Think about it. How many issues does Moe have? A Reverend a “little” obsessed with trains? An owner of a Kwik-E-Mart that goes to counseling with the same person that robs him, on a daily basis? Not to mention the “inbreeding” and other strange happenings going on at the farm. Oh the idiosyncrasies.

So sit back, relax, grab your favorite beverage, and enjoy as we kram your brains with some Simpson knowledge of the MAD MEN OF SPRINGFIELD.

More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers.
