Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Greetings from the early morning hours here on the East Coast. It’s about 4am here now and Act 3 has just arrived in our games!

Remember…this is an automatic change in your game. Nothing to download, it should just start up in your game..

Lisa will kick things off for Act 3…and you’ll have to squish 25 Bob Clones (just an FYI Part 2 will require SSB, 8hr task)

Here we are in the final few hours of Terwilliger Act 2…are you ready for Act 3 to start up?!

I know many of you are stressing out about not earning enough items to craft those coveted items or not finishing the Act 2 questline or not getting enough gas masks to unlock all of the prizes…but don’t sweat it! Really. It’s going to be ok.

Let’s break down what’s leaving, what’s staying and what’s cha- cha- cha-changing, when Act 3 kicks off!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s Terwilliger time in TSTO! Yes, the Terwilliger’s are back and they’re set on making not only the Simpson’s lives a nightmare, but ours as well! Mutant Veggies, Bob Clones, Jelly Blobs, upgrades and CRAFTING! Ahhh!

I know many of you are panicking about crafting and just how you’ll earn enough Fertilizer, DNA and Corn to get everything. Well don’t worry, we’re here to break it all down for you. Frink’s Herbicide Squirter Upgrades

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Act 2 is upon us and it introduces a whole new swarm of Mutants to attack…Sideshow Bob Clones! (they do make an excellent soup stock!)

And it wouldn’t be a TSTO Event unless Professor Frink came up with some kind of invention to save the day…and he hasn’t let us down this time! Frink Co presents….the Herbicide Squirter!

The Herbicide Squirter is a FREE item you’ll unlock once you’ve completed The Soup Thickens Pt. 4 and started The Science of Cooking (questline walkthrough is here) that will help you clear Clone Bobs quicker! And each time you upgrade the Squirter you’ll increase your tap radius (how many Bob’s you can get in 1 tap) and some increase the payouts of crafting materials (Fertilizer, DNA and Corn) for each one you tap.

So let’s take a closer look at this squirter and what happens when you upgrade….

Terwilliger Act 2 is Upon Us!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Greetings from the early morning hours here on the East Coast. It’s about 4am here now and Act 2 has just arrived in our games!

Remember…this is an automatic change in your game. Nothing to download, it should just start up in your game..

Homer will kick things off for Act 2…

Just what does Act 2 have in store for us? Let’s take a look…

Take the following with a grain of salt of me typing at 4am after having multiple players tell me they wished they waited…Also, if you don’t want the Farmer’s Market or you’re no where near close to getting it, just upgrade. But if you’re super close (and by super close I mean like a day away) the immediate upgrades are worth it IMO and it’ll take you close to two weeks just to get back to that point..
There are two sides to this, and neither side is wrong. So do what you want, just know that upgrading and burning through all your fertilizer will set you all the way back to the start.

Also note…this is meant for those who are only a day or so away from getting the Farmer’s market. If you’re still really far off (more than a few thousand away) Upgrade. Upgrading is always better in the long run because it’ll enable you to unlock more tasks for DNA and Corn as well (thus allowing you to create the other items and upgrade the Sprayer). This is simply advice for those who are super close.

Guys I’ve said this multiple times and now what I was worried about is starting to come true…DO NOT RUSH TO UPGRADE MONSARNO. If you’re grinding for the Farmer’s Market keep grinding, upgrading Monsarno quickly will just make that currency you worked hard over the last 2 weeks for disappear very quickly (and there’s only 1 new Fertilizer task). Several of you have already stated you rushed to upgrade and you wished you hadn’t. Patience, if you’re grinding for the Market keep grinding. I’ve posted some of the upgrade rewards below…as you can see for the Market you’re better off continuing to grind for it and then upgrade Monsarno.

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s Harvest Time in Springfield and the Terwilliger’s have returned to Springfield to unleash Mutant Vegetables on us! In the First Act of the Terwilliger Event you’ll unlock Cecil Terwilliger, Monsarno Research & help Lisa free the Mutant Veggies all over Springfield!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the first Act you’re tasked with collecting Spades/Trowels/Shovels…these things to unlock each prize! The final Act 1 prize awarded at 16,050 is the Pet Mutant Plant, a new character for your Springfield.
