Hey hey hey! How’s everyone doing? So it’s Valentine’s Day and I hope it’s a great one for all of you Addicts. In the spirit of love and giving, I figured it might be time to post up some more requesterinos from all of you.
On 25 Jan 14 we threw up quite a list but apparently, you creative folks had even more ideas. In fact, 57 comments which made me smile big. Over at the Tapaholic Requesterinos to EA, there were 15 more. Wowza, can you say “EA should just make us their brain trust?”
Before the list starts, I think it’s important to note a couple tappers who got their suggestions in the game. Runicgem got his wish of Shauna returning. Hey Silverdog77, happy some more limited-time stuff came back? Fusionwerks wanted a way to organize their friends list. Well, not the same but it is alphabetized so I count that as a win. I’m not sure if OSebhlen was talking about gaudy pink fences when they asked for different fences but sometimes you have to be careful what you wish for. Mummie wanted an easy way to delete inactive players. I think we all need to send her roses or chocolate for hooking us up.
Is EA listening to us? I know most of us have had a complaint or two while playing but I like to think that our positive suggestions are a breath of fresh air for EA. We’re like TSTO Ghandi and trying to be the change we want to see in our digital world.
First off, I know most of you were thinking it but SquareBiz79 voiced that we need MORE LAND. This especially would be important if EA keeps listening to all us crazies. I’ve got a couple of random wishes, first, it’s really mundane, but I don’t see why the ability to add water to kl was not enabled, I want me a lake in krustyland! Especially since I’m not a premium player and there isn’t that much to fill up the land once it’s all unlocked. Second, I’ve always really wanted Chester Lampwick’s solid gold house, maybe coz it’s one of my fav episodes, I don’t know, but I think it would look cool amongst the other mansions (wouldn’t mind Lester and Eliza either 😀 ).
How about Herbert Powell (Homer’s brother), the Powell Mansion, and best of all the ugly car Homer designed that play LA Cucaracchia?

Love the site, long-time reader, first time poster.
Here’s one for general gameplay. How about more categories for the building option? Making my town look nice with decorations is fun, but it’s not fun having to “scroll” all the way back for a tree, scroll to the middle for a bench, or all the way forward (past all the squidport stuff, cause let’s face it, donuts are precious!) for stop signs and Springfield park stuff. So a quicker way to build, like a copy/paste thing or more categories for quicker selection.

I was going to comment the same about categories. For example: vegetation, vehicles, public service, and so on.

I would also like Jacqueline Bouvier and Ms. Hoover. I wish we would have received the BSharps Beatles skins in honor of the 50th anniversary of the US visit. I know it was a CBS thing but come on three of the Beatles were on the show.
Since there is a ice arena I would like hockey skins for the kids, Wiggum and Apu. I also want more happening at Krustyland. Maybe a one week vacation where all the characters go there. I rarely visit my Krustyland.

I’d love to see my inventory organized differently. Maybe Bunny knows a magic formula but I just can’t figure it out! Same goes for decorations available to purchase. Alphabet, categorized by plants & trees / items, priced lowest to highest. Something!

can you not make the website links you deleted as drop down menus under the current links? I know it makes sense to minimize the clutter on top, though now you have to click through several pages to find specific areas of the site.
We absolutely can. Happy to tweak any part of the site to what the readers want. It’s all about trial and error until we find the right formula that works for most everyone. 🙂

How about a rake decoration that doubles as a sort of mouse trap to auto tap Sideshow Bob when shows up in your town? After a year of playing it has become a pain to search out Bob in a town with all the land unlocked.

I NEED all characters to have tasks of the same length. Tatum and his lack of one hour task drives me mad when everyone else is doing one hour tasks. If most characters have a task of a certain length then all characters should have a task that length.
Also it would be awesome to have more tasks so that tasks that were only available as part of a quest became permanently available for that character after you’ve done the quest, even if that means multiple tasks that are the same length- this would mean unused buildings particularly squidport buildings would get used a lot more
How about a way of selling/getting rid of stuff we’ve gotten multiples of and we don’t want or need. Trading possibly???

At the top of the homepage there have always been links, bold text topics, shortcutting to those other areas like walkthroughs and FAQs…there’s only nine there now…there were many more…prolly just me…I was on a first gen kindlefire.

Actually I just wanted to ask Wookie if he saw the movie, “Fanboys” …story about StarWars fans sneaking into Lucas’ ranch to see Episode 1 before it’s premiere…was gonna put it under the “questions” topic…
I have absolutely seen the movie, own it and love it. While my fanboy friends and I have never gone that far, we have discussed the treasures at “the Ranch”. I was one of the proud few that waited a long time in line for Episode 1’s premiere. Probably also why that movie is still special to me.
