So we’re 3 weeks in from the start of the bunny invasion, with 1 more week to go…we’re in the home stretch! Now that everyone is busy tapping and zapping I want to know…what have YOU won so far? It was great having everyone share their results after week 1 and week 2 that we thought we’d check in with everyone and see how their doing after week 3!

Note: In my A town I’m playing as freemium as I can get with this event. I have not purchased a single Egg. The only purchase I’ve made at this point was for the MKII and that’s been more a test to see if I experience the same glitch a few of you are mentioning (where it gives you your dominant color instead of your non-dominant color). Beyond that not 1 item has been purchased. All baskets have been won and all Eggs have been tapped or zapped. I am growing carrots and using Witch Marge…so I earn about 10-13 eggs/2 hrs with that (when I remember to go in and tap it!). Also…I am NOT maxed out on friends. I currently have 75 neighbors.

For those not wanting to count…I won Chirpy and Bart Jr on attempt #13 and Blocko Store on attempt #18. Ended up with 6 Fences (18 total towards Sucking Out quest), 700 Gold Eggs, 1 Easter Tree and 2 Umbrella and Towels. So…I’ve now stopped attempting on pink since I’ve unlocked both items and am converting pink eggs to blue.
In the Blue Box I won the Egg Council Guy on my 14th attempt. 39 attempts and still no Johnny Fiestas though.
In the Gold Box I got lucky and won Hugs on my second attempt & Banana Dictatorship on my 5th! And won Bunny 24601 on my 9th attempt. 11 Gold tries and still have Fr. Sean and Shary to get in Gold.

I don’t know if anyone else notice that I’m getting a ridiculously large quantity of baskets and bunnies in my town are spawning like crazy! Also my eggs quantity collected the past two days have significantly increase I would say 2/3. Any changes on the files? Blue team here! So opened 24 blue boxes (completed), 49 Pink boxes and 16 Gold boxes! (Did not buy any eggs) all hard work and generosity of fellow tappers! So far I have everything except for the 3 playable character. I just want to reach 20th mark to get a chance of Shari bobbins 🙂

Really? Hmm EA gods have shined down upon me hopefully I get everything since I have been zapping/tapping non-stop!
And I wish that when an update would come to change the chances and if you opened a total of 100 boxes your next box will be the missing character or item! But that is just wishful thinking lol
Only thing worth mentioning is the 15 “free” donuts, Blocko Store (yay!), and the natural faberge egg. Countless and countless more fences, ponds, and egg piles. Sigh. Crossing my fingers that I get what I want before the deadline.
Perfectlawler is my origin ID clearly the notion of being able to win everything for free was not achievable seeing how few have won all the prizes also not cool is ae to drop a level update that stole Ralph from collecting eggs making it even harder to complete the prize quest
The Level Update is around for good. The Event is not. You did not HAVE to send Ralph off. I didn’t. I am waiting til Easter Event is over to bother with it. There is no need to rush into a Level Update and complete it the second it is released. Last year EA dropped Level Updates during Events. No difference now. Sorry your luck has not been what you wanted it to be. Many are getting almost every single prize but one. That is pretty good odds for Freemium players not spending donuts in my mind. Still have til the 13th too. 🙂

It’s a game. Really, I swear it is. Put down the iDevice/Android and go to the window – do you see Homer? Probably not. If you do, go to the phone and dial 9-1-1 (Canada and US) or 9-9-9 (UK).
If you are playing this Freemium, then you are getting what you pay for. You don’t like it, then delete it. EA isn’t doing this out of the goodness of their hearts (although somethings have no apparent profit motive) – they are doing this to make money, if they fail at the Freemium content, they won’t get anyone to pay – it’s a self-fulfilling set-up.
Now, if you have actually shelled-out $$$s and didn’t get what you paid for, well, that’s a Marge of a completely different hair color. Then you have every right to complain as the exchange of money for goods implies a reasonable expectation of fulfillment.
Now, where the heck are my special items – I just got another set of 3 unnecessary fences!

Biggest frustration has been accidentally swapping the wrong eggs when people place both colour baskets to close together as well as winning blue eggs (blue is my colour) from the gold box several times now. Few days left to go and minimal opportunity to win enough gold eggs to even roll/play for the final items. Guarenteed to win everything a slight joke and this is after purchasing some pink eggs. End rant
Rants always allowed…as long as they’re respectful. And the same thing happened to me last night with the baskets. Accidentally gave away blue eggs that I needed because it was too close to a pink basket.
Probably given away close to 1000 pink eggs by accident. That’s almost two pink boxes which likely would only net m another beach umbrella or easter tree but still. An “are you sure?”. Dialogue box could have been helpful for the baskets me thinks.
I agree. That would be a nice feature…and something that will probably be added to future events.
After doing that one time, I avoid those like the plague – I can’t help but wonder if it is somewhat intentional?

I do too. I put them in the 4 corners of my town square to avoid the error.
I’ve won everything. I did buy some eggs, but in my defense, this is my main source of entertainment. (Wow! I love it! (Wow! I just admitted how boring i am). Anyway, I’m now in it to just try and get all the pastel fences that I can. I love them!!!

FINALLY!!! I had to break down and buy the Kodos topiary, but I have at last completed Easter. Kodos, Shari Bobbins, and Hugs Bunny were my hold-outs. Just got Shari and Hugs, got fed up and bought Kodos after getting, like, 30 Kangs. I am so done with this event. Started feeling more like a chore than a game. Now I can go back to enjoying myself.
Nevermind the seemingly thousands of Easter fences that I have. And gates. And those ugly little picket fences. OK, sorry. End rant.

Think we’ll be allowed to sell some of these things once the event is over? I doubt it, but I’m drowning in fences and gates and ponds and Kangs. It’d be nice to be able to get rid of some of them, clear out the inventory some.
The event stuff usually can’t be sold. I’m hoping they make it where we can use it in Krustyland like Valentine’s if we can’t sell the stuff.
It was cool of EA to give us donuts for having so many fences but I have 80 plus now (as well as many ponds, trees, egg piles etc.) and I still need to unlock Father Sean and the Kang topiary. Even though we can use the VD stuff in KL now I still have a bunch of that junk in my inventory. EA needs to stop with the random chance games and either come up with something different or go back to the way of Halloween and Christmas 2013.
P.S. If any one from EA is reading this PLEASE LET US SELL THE EXTRA STUFF THAT NO ONE WANTS/NEEDS CLUTTERING UP THEIR INVENTORY.

I have made no purchase at all and am worried that with 1 week left I won’t get everything. I closed out my primary color (blue) last week and have been converting all my blue eggs to pink. I still need:

Hey All- my frustration is not being able to drop eggs in my fav forum friends 🙁 However, once I was able to get Bananna Dictatorship and Blocko, I started switching my dominant pink for more blue. I did get Bunny 24601, Kang & Chirpy & Bart Jr. Experienced the wrath of basket glitch & got the Faberge Egg. Today I got Johnny Fiesta. “Patience is a virtue” is an understatement in this event. I have 60 neighborinos. I’m 10 fences away from sucking out and also I’m playing this event Freemium. Good luck to everyone!

I think it’s easier to say what I still need. I finished the pink box, which is my primary colour.
In the blue box I still need Egg Council Guy and Johnny Fiestas.
In the gold boxes I need Fr. Sean, Shary Bobbins and Kang.
I also need six fences to max out the fence task.
I swear, if I get another pond in the blue box I think I’m going to hit someone. Six is more than enough..
Blue dominant and I started not spending donuts but I did in the last few days. My only initial donut purchase was crazy cat lady and the fact she had an egg quest was even better, but not why I bought her.
Week one I got the fiesta restaraunt as well as lots of blue box junk and a little from the pink box. I was very lucky and got Hugs Bunny on my first gold box. Around this time I also bought the MKII thinking I would never get enough pink eggs.
Week two I got Egg Council Guy and switched to pink box only. Way too many beach towels and umbrellas. I got the Bunny #24… and banana dictatorship and a Kodos Topiary. Lots of junk. At the very end of the week I got the Blocko store, then finally I got a Fabrege egg and started getting baskets again for the first time in over a week since finishing the quest. I also bought the 4500 pink egg box and got nothing of value just another Kodos topiary.
Just before getting the Fabrege egg, I did buy a pink basket to see if that would help me get baskets and nothing until I got the Fabrege egg and now about one basket/day. I’ve been struggling with converting all my blue eggs to pink then getting less blue eggs or more beach towels. So I bought the dump truck of Eggs. Between the pink and the blue eggs, I got enough gold eggs for 9 boxes and got more fences and such, but nothing of value.
I still need Fr Sean and Shary Bobbins and I would like a Kang topiary.
Overall I have liked the bunny zapping, but even playing multiple times a day and now having spent donuts I do not see how I can get the big prizes. Even with the caps on the number of boxes the only way to meet that and gauruntee getting everything is to spend lots of donuts. I would like to have Shary Bobbins but of course she is the most difficult to win character.
Haven’t been doing so great, despite playing almost daily and having alot of friends (need more please add).

The event started well but now I’m a bit dissapointed by it. People seem to be getting a bit bored of it now, a number of my neighbours are slowing on visit frequency and given unlike previsous events where all your friends got stuff from you (e.g. valentines and christmas cards) only those you choose get eggs and only if you have them seems to make this whole update drag a bit and make it less social than previous events. I personally hope not to see this exchange system in place in any future events.
I got allocated to the blue team (however if EA had given us the option, I would have picked pink for the Blocko Store!) As a freemium player I’ve feel I’ve been struggling to get anywhere, especially when the questline and the 250 eggs finished. My blue box took 24 attempts for Johnny Fiestas; 36 attempts for Egg Council Guy. Switching to pink, I’ve opened 26 boxes and haven’t won Blocko or lizards yet. Gold has been hard work – only managed to get enough eggs so far to open 11 boxes, but got Hugs on 1st box; Banana Dictatorship box 4; Kang Topiary box 7; Bunny # box 8; and Kodos Topiary box 9. Still 10 fences away from those 15 donuts. Overall been disappointed with this event as was hoping to get further with the prizes (managed to get all the christmas & valentines). Realise I don’t have any chance of getting enough eggs to allow me to unlock Shary, & doubt I have much of a shot with Fr Sean, Blocko & lizards.
I haven'[t bought anything Easter-related either and I hope I don’t have to–all I really want to win are Fiesta Jack’s and the Banana Dictatorship (though F. Sean would be nice)! I finally got the fabergé egg last night and then got my first basket in almost two weeks this afternoon. I have been doing a LOT of bunny zapping (and I still find that part fun even if the baskets/eggs/prizes are sort of frustrating).
I wish they would run this like a carnival game, where you can trade in x number of “small” prizes for a “medium” prize, and x number of mediums for a large, etc. I’m getting tonnes of stuff I don’t want but hardly any fences! Worst of both worlds 🙂

Won 33 fences so far. Not getting any baskets in this town at all and no Fab Egg.
Won all the blue prizes: Egg Council on 13, Fiesta on 22 finished at 23 opens and switched to trading for pink
Pink: opened 28 pink so far: Blocko at 23. No Chirpy yet.
Gold Box: 11 opens so far: Banana Dictatorship at 8, bunny 21xxx at 2, Fr Sean at 3. Kang Topiary (didn’t track when).
Town 2 (blue) totally freemium.
Won 38 fences so far. Got baskets at first, though none since I finished the quest line. No Fab Egg.
Won all Blue prizes: Egg council at 12, Fiesta , at 18, stopped at 20.
Pink: opened 33 pink so far: Got Block at 24 and still no Chirpy.
Gold Box: 11 opens so far: Got Banana at 2 and Bunny 2xxx at 4, 1 Kang Topiary and 1 Kodos Topiary (didn’t track when). Still no Sean or other things.
With this town it’s interesting the difference even that getting baskets the first few days made. Totally freemium, playing EXACTLY the same way otherwise, and 5 more pink opens.
Town 3 (blue) spent 400 donuts, which is what I looked at what premium content cost on other events, so I capped my spending. I figured the gold box as the premium content, so one building with no character–100 donuts, 3 characters at 90-120 each, + the 15 donut topiarys and 40-60 on the NPC is about 400-500 donuts. And the the pastel fences and winning 250 of your own color egg is the bogus prize 😉 Some of those were on that egg generator. I am getting no baskets in this town at all since the first day when I got around 5.
Won 91 fences and 20 pastel fences. I also got the Fab egg the first zap on completing the quest. Weird.
Won all Blue Prizes, stopped at 27: Egg Council at 26, Fiesta at 18. Also 4 easter ponds, 3 Egg piles.
Won all Pink Prizes: opened 121 so far Block at 62, Chirpy and Barty at 25. Also 17 easter trees and 16 beach towels.
Gold Prizes opened 33 so far: Banana Dictatorship at 4, bunny 2xxxx at 8, Fr Sean at 15. 4 Kodos Topiarys, no Kang. 8 Easter Gates.
I did the math, and based on the fact that for my town 3 I am opening a gold box for every 3.6 pink boxes, if I didn’t get Sharry or Hugs until open 80 of the gold box it would take max 169 more opens of the pink box. My freemium towns have gotten 1-3 pink per day depending on baskets (and no baskets in this town), so I’d have to Pay with donuts for probably 145 or so opens. The 50 donut pink is the best deal, which gets you 9 opens, so that would be (145/9)*50=800 more donuts to guarantee getting those last two characters. More than I think they are worth, after all that. That would of course be the max, maybe I would get lucky 😉 But I don’t need any more fences, or easter trees, that’s for sure. I’m hoping that, like valentines, we get to move some decorations to Krustyland. Those trees would be perfect there.
I have enjoyed the bunny zapping and most of this event. I have what I think is a fair critique of the event, both good and bad, fomenting in my brain…. to be typed at a later date. It definitely looks like there are some who have gotten the coveted prizes in early days, and there’s still some time left. Good times, good times.
Game 1 I got the banana dictatorship and the Lego store.. 4 trees 26 fences 2 colorful fences and numerous beach chairs
Game 2 I got Lego and father Sean last week but all I get now is the beach chairs I literally have 8 I think. 21 fences and an egg pile.
I’m not thrilled with this event at all tbh. It is a lot of work for nothing in my games. I thought I would have been able to get all the prizes by now but nope not even close….

So yeah, I’m not getting anywhere near all the prizes for this event. Pretty frustrating. I haven’t had a single basket pop out since I finished the quest about 10 days ago. I play about three times a day and have about 60 friends. Now that the quest is complete and I’m converting eggs at 50 cents on the dollar, I’m opening less than 1 box per day. No faberge egg either.
I had such high hopes for this event. Oh well, good luck to everyone else.
