Addicts Want To Know: Easter Survey Results

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Last Monday we posted our Ultimate Easter Survey. The Addicts wanted to know all about your Easter experience. And now the results are in…and they may surprise you! (I know they shocked me in a few areas!)

First, I want to say a HUGE thank you to you guys for your participation in this one! Obviously Easter was a “hot button” issue for everyone. We had over 13,000 responses to this one…and in the first day of posting we had over 5,000 responses. You guys obviously wanted your voices heard when it came to this update…and we loved being able to provide you all with a way to get your opinions out!

5-16: Another Hotfix Update

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers,

Just a quick little note…another day, another HotFix update has hit our devices. This time Hotfix2…EA’s attempt to fix the lag issue.

Personally I’ve noticed a bit of a difference in my game, but unsure if it’s related to neighbor’s storing items or if the fix has worked. So let us know if YOU notice a difference in your game.

It also looks like this update eliminated the *ERROR task for Homer and CBG we talked about this morning…

Some Tips to Avoid (or lessen) the Lag

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

So whether we want to admit it or not we’re all experiencing some sort of Animation Lag since the Easter Take Down for TSTO hit our games earlier this week. If you’re game is running slow, or you notice a stutter or hesitation when scrolling through your town (or a neighbor’s)…I can assure you it’s not just you going through it!

While we all await a new “hotfix” from EA for the lag (and note…it’s not just TSTO going through this..other EA games are experiencing it as well) there are a few things you can do to try and lessen the lag in YOUR town. And in return it might help lessen the lag for your neighbors when they visit you!

*Error?! What the Heck?!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well with this new Episode Tie-In you may notice a couple of strange things popping up in various places. In particular one of Homer’s tasks and the wording on the Egg Generators.

If you tap on Homer you may notice one of his 1hr tasks is now…. *ERROR?! And it’s a joint task with Comic Book Guy! What the heck is up with that?! You also may notice if you tap on the Egg Generators the cash generating name now says…*ERROR!
