UPDATE HOTFIX: FRIEND POINTS ACTIVE AGAIN

Just a quick note to let y’all know your Friend Points may be working again. Had a couple reports from readers here and checked the MyPhone and they worked right as rain. You get them from visiting neighbors on the graduated scale and also for every building a neighboreeno taps.

Chime in below if you’re fixed or still having problems. My game still has some of the lag stuff but this fix gives me hope EA is gonna get that fixed soon too. Cool Lisa, here I come! Hope she likes cheetos.

UPDATE 9:00PM EST Bunny:
Still double checking files to see if anything else has changed with the Hotfix 1. I will update at any further findings. FP are returning, so you will need to max out again before you get those extra bonus multipliers back for friend visits or donuts again. Also, the lag is still hitting a majority of our games so I say still make sure EA is aware of this. Continue to keep adding names to the forum thread that was created until a change is made. Keep it a hot issue!!

MISSING FRIEND POINTS AND LAG ISSUE!!

Hey there Hoppereenos… The New Tie-In Update for this Sundays Episode: The Yellow Badge of Cowardge is hitting all of our games. For those of you hanging on to Easter, looks as though you will be kicked out. Sorry, it did technically end on early Tuesday morning.

Anywho, the issues at hand. A new Friend Point Level was introduced, but for some reason many are just not getting any FP at all. No matter who, where, or how they tap.

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Looks like we got ourselves a little in-game update going on…

Milhouse kicks it off…

Looks like this is an episode-tie in my friends. For this Sunday’s Season Finale of The Simpsons! (Yellow Badge of Cowardage).

UPDATE: Ok so it looks like, from the files anyway, they attempted to fix the lagging issue (the file is a “hotfix”. Some are reporting their games are still lagging. On my Tablet, at least, i’m not noticing the lag anymore. BUT I will check out my phone and iPad here shortly.
For those that were locked out, can you get in now? Or are you still getting the spinning donut of death?

Note on Friendship Points: It looks like they’re not working (as in I’m not being awarded any at the moment). BEST thing to do in this situation…is contact EA, using the same methods in the Lag post. The more people that let them know there’s an issue the more they’ll be on it. I will be contacting them myself here shortly…..
IF you are at a lower FP level (still working towards Goofball or lower) let us know if your FP’s are working for you.

Addicts Vegas Vacation

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well now that we’re in a bit of a TSTO lull I figured now would be the perfect time for us to fill you all in on our super secret Addicts Vacation! (of course now that I said that a massive update will hit lol…that was a joke by the way…I have no idea if a massive update will hit or not) The cat was let out of the bag (don’t worry it was one CCL threw at us first) a little earlier than we planned back when Level 40 hit…you should KNOW something is up if an update hits and we’re not on top of it right away! But I PROMISE we had planned to post about this the entire time…..

So, back at the end of April the Addicts team met up for a fun little mini vacation out in….Las Vegas, Nevada! I know the audacity of us leaving right in the middle of a major TSTO Event, but let’s be honest you didn’t even know we were gone! 😉 So we decided Vegas would be a good meet up spot because well…I’m the only one on the East Coast. With Bunny and Wookiee both living on the Western side of the US we figured it’d be much easier for me to go to them, than for them to come to me. That and well…it’s VEGAS! My husband and I were planning a trip out that way anyway…so perfect timing all around!

Now, now before you start your gambling talk…YES we went to Vegas. No we didn’t gamble. Well my husband did a few times at the buffet, but that’s a different story! lol We actually took in much of what the city had to offer outside of gambling…we did however partake in Bunny “Water” a time or two…or 40… 😉
