Welcome to another edition of From the Mouths of Addicts, where YOU get to sound off on anything and everything in the world of Tapped Out! This week’s post comes to us from one of our favorite Addicts, and frequent commenter, CGuy! It’s CGuy’s hilarious “on the scene” reports had us cracking up around the Christmas update, and he was at it again this Easter! This time with a battlefield twist…

He had many of us cracking up with his daily report from the “Easter Front”, so if you missed any of his hilarious recaps here’s your chance to catch up! Enjoy it Tappers I know it still has me cracking up…

Cguy hear, reporting from the Easter Front. It’s D-7 (7 days before D-Day, the end of the Bunny Invasion). Interesting side note, the D in D-Day stands for…. Day! Day-Day! Gotta love the creative military mind.

Our brave forces are preparing for the end of the Bunny Invasion, collecting supplies as best they can, although all the forces of Nature and EA seem to be against them. Continue reading →

Simple Town Designs: Playgrounds and Pastel Fences

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

With Easter in our rear-view mirrors (for most of us) it’s now time to take a good hard look at our Easter hauls and try to figure out just where we’re going to put all that ~~junk~~ stuff! In particular all those fences! While the sucking out quest was great (15 free donuts, who wouldn’t love those?!) it left us all with a LOT of fences for our Springfield! Just what is a Tapper to do with all those fences? Get creative of course!

While going through the comments over throughout the Easter update I came across a great idea from three of our frequent Tappers. DeAdBuRgErKiNg™, spankymcm, & LittleLiske all suggested that those colorful Pastel Fences work wonders around a playground area in Springfield!

Now I thought this was a fantastic idea and wanted to share with you all another Simple Town Design you can do with YOUR Pastel Fence collection and design a Playground Area for your town!

Turbo Tappin’ Premium Stuff: Crazy Cat Lady

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well now that, for many of us, Easter has finally left Springfield looks like “normalcy” can finally return to our Springfields! Well as normal as you can get when you have a Crazy Cat Lady roaming your town!

If you were like me and purchased CCL during the Easter update and delayed the start of her questline to earn those extra eggs, and giggle as she threw those bunnies, you might just now be getting into her questline. So what better time than now for a Turbo Tappin’ of Crazy Cat Lady?!

For those of you that don’t know, Crazy Cat Lady is a premium character you can purchase in TSTO for 180 donuts. She comes with her house (woo-hoo residential redesign!) and a few outdoor animations. (You can review the full pros and cons of purchasing CCL here.) She also starts a quick 5 part questline, full of a lot of crazy talk! So let’s get to tappin’ shall we?

Happy Hump Day Tappers!

We thought we’d bring a little fun to Wednesday with a little Hump Day Humor! What better way to add fun and humor than a bonus Caption This! (A little special today because we think we can ALL use a fun little break from tap, tap tapping!)

Everyday you guys (the AMAZING Readers of Addicts) send us tons of screenshots of some of the funniest moments in TSTO! And every week when I go to pick a Caption This! image for Monday I struggle to only pick 1. So we thought…”Why only do it once a week?” And so…Hump Day Caption This! was born.

What is Caption This!?
Sometimes TSTO gives us humorous little moments when we capture our characters doing rather strange things. These posts are all about those strange and funny moments!

At least once a week (sometimes more!) we’ll be posting a Caption This! moment where we want you, the Addicts readers, to put on your writing caps and come up with what you think is happening in the screenshot.
