The Superhero Event is upon us and Springfield has been invaded with Superheros, creeping Criminals & a whole new Comic Book look! In the first Issue of the Superhero Event, you’ll see action (SPOILER Radioactive Man dies..), crime & pie! Lots and lots of pie!
So now that we’ve got ourselves a new event going on, you know what that means right? New Premium characters! And nothing says Superhero quite like a Pig that eats a Radioactive Spider, right? So let’s take a look at Plopper’s questline and everyone you’ll need to keep free (and for how long) during it!

Make Plopper Catch a Radioactive Spider- 8hrs, Earns $420, 105xp

Spider-Pig starts
Make Plopper Do Whatever a Spider Can- 8hrs, Earns 30 Carbon Rods, 105xp

Make Plopper Be a Crime Stopper- 8hrs, Earns $420, 105xp

Spider-Pig starts
Make Plopper Enjoy a Tummy Rub- 12hrs, Earns $1,020, 250xp. Requires Homer
It’s a fun little questline, with a lot of humor! (don’t worry we’ll have the full dialogue up before the event ends as well) If you run it from start to finish, with out using donuts, it’ll take you approximately 40hrs to complete!
Remember…Plopper is only available for a limited-time. So if you’re thinking about getting him, make sure you do it before he disappears! (we also have our Should I Buy Guide on him up here)

After what mission does spider pig come in?
You’ll unlock the ability to get Spider Pig after you unlock Pie Man. You’ll find him in your store..
Plopper/Spider Pig=one of the best characters ever!! As soon as I had the option to purchase the silo, I did so without hesitation! Dialog is funny, his tasks are even funnier and as a bonus when you touch the silo it farts, so I sneak up to my fiancé’s, touch the silo and he laughs hysterical… maybe we are crazy?? I don’t know but all part of the fun of plopper!
Spider Pig is hilarious! Definitely worth the donuts. This event is awesome.
Can I just confirm that we do not need to finish Plopper’s tasks during the superhero event?
No, you do not need to finish Plopper’s tasks before the event is over.
I do not have enough Donuts, nor the money to purchase any, but I hope those who do enjoy the Crap Silo (perfect for Cletus’ Farm) and Plopper the Spider Pig (green flachulence n’ all) 😉

Already falling behind on felons (set off the 12hr Plopped/Homer task), when do new heroes arrive to help out?

So best to put Spiderpig on the felons instead of work through his tasks? I’m thinking to unleash him on the felons during the day and work through the questline at night?
Depends on what fits YOUR time you play. If that is most beneficial to you… go for it. 🙂

Plopper is so cute. Totally worth the donuts.
Been looking forward to Spider Pig for a long time now. As far as I can recall, this is the first item or character from the movie that is in game. Hopefully this opens the door to other things from the movie such as Russ Cargill, Medicine Woman and the item I have been wanting the most DomeDepot.
Every darn time I finally decide to give in and purchase some donuts I run into an error where I can not connect to the store. By the time I get around to connecting I have second thoughts. Annoying.
iOS? Sometimes I have to force close out. At times log out and back into the app market first… then the game.

idk… When was the last time they had more land? The one I’m buying now, the most expensive plot is $1.5 million. Was that the price of the most expensive plot from a prior update?
It is the one they released just about a month ago, yes. Spans from Squidport all the way to the other side of green.

Could be a memory thing. Game coding issues. It all depends on how they have it laid out on there end.
I am 6 donuts short of what I would need to get Spider Pig. Hopefully as a freemium player I’ll get enough donut drops from neighbors to get SP.

I think you’ll make it. Today I got 4 donuts while tapping criminals in from my neighbors towns! And Spiderpig is totally worth it!
I haven’t gotten donuts from neighbors since before the Christmas update 🙁
The one downside of Plopper? (Not that there’s much…) His last task requires both him and Homer to be busy for 12 hours, and my Burns State Prisons are already churning out felons.
Aside from that though, love him.
I’ve noticed since the update I can no longer exchange krusty tickets for cash, is this just me?

Same issue here. I have already informed EA support of it. The more that report it faster they will work on it.
I LOVE this event. It is by far my favorite to date! Love the comic book theme, love how they give us double the clicks in our friends towns, and I love that they allow us to click on neighbors krustyland to get rods if there are none in their town as well.
I did buy the membership card (not sure if that’s what it’s called) that allows us to get double rods per click. I think it is worth it since I am always afraid I will not be able to get all the prizes.
So my opinion is this event is great and I wouldn’t mind them keeping the comic book theme all the time😉

Oh my, that siren woke me up 4 times last night. It kinda sounds like a doomsday siren, and i almost called the police. Thankfully I figured it out, as one more night of that Siren…. I am crazy enough.
Definitely my favorite thing I’ve ever purchased. SO happy!

I don’t have enough doughnuts either but I’ll get there! When the event hit I had 76 doughnuts, now I have 86 😀

Rule of thumb…if it’s something that’s highly requested it’s going to cost donuts. It happens every time.

I dont like to spend a lot of money on donuts, but seeing as I had just spent 100 donuts on Brandine, I just had to buy an extra tray for Harry Plopper.
His animations, sounds fx, and quests are hilarious and he earns event currency to boot!

Love Plopper! So glad I got him. Especially great is his “Make Plopper Do Whatever a Spider Can” task. Walking up and down the silo? It’s so stupid, it’s genius! GENIUS, I tell yas!!!

About the last task, the “Tummy Rub” from Homer… That’s 12hrs! A long one, and both Homer and Spiderpig (and FOB, for that matter) have been busy working collecting Felons for Burn’s incarcerarium. I’d rather they do THAT (since it earns currency, and I’m falling behind on Felons)… But will Spiderpig’s last task wait? I mean if necessary, will it still be around to finish that last task after the event? Or had I better finish it now, while I can?
They should hang round for a bit after. Depends on what’s involved. You have at least a month of the event. Put him off. 😉
