Well…I’m back home. It’s been three weeks of full Jake immersion…three glorious weeks of living the life of a 2-year-old with endless energy and endless appetites for “new.” It feels like 3 months. We were actually that busy from morning til night. We did the things that you can still do safely in public…which isn’t much…but, every day was filled with smiles, giggles, “wrasslin’,” more viewings of “Dinosaur Train,” “How to Train Your Dragon,” and about a gazillion different audio and video versions of “Baby Shark.” Every minute a treasure.
But more on that later…

Remember, this event is designed to follow a series of tasks via the questline to unlock prizes. For each of the parts of the Summer Sportin’, Had Me a Blast questline, you’ll have to earn via various character tasks in order to unlock the prize for that part.
Time to do a deep dive into the final prize, and the only character, for this event…Stephanie Brockman.

It’s that time…calling all Addict Designers! We’re getting ready to do the next Springfield Showoff, and this time around I want to see what you’ve done with the Summer Games stuff! With new buildings and decorations arriving with this event, show me how you fit them into your Springfield! So prep those towns…because we want to see what you’ve done with your Springfield!
As always please remember to limit it to 1-2 of your favorite areas/photos…we can’t show your whole town, unless you want to send in your entire town via town portrait.
So use this time to polish up your town and show us how creative you can be! Send in your Game of Games 2 inspired designs (by 8pm ET Tuesday, August 4th) and we’ll be putting up the Showoff post featuring your designs on Wednesday, August 5th.
Remember, your designs can be anything and everything from the Summer Games, and how you worked it into your Springfield
So grab some screenshots of your town, or finish up those designs…just make sure to send your submissions in by about 8pm ET Tuesday, August 4th, can’t wait to see what YOU have come up with.
You can send your designs in two ways…either post a link to the image in the comments on this post or you can email them to us at TSTOAddictsblog@gmail.com. We won’t be pulling images from anywhere else, so please if you want to be featured either submit in the comments below or email your images to us.
Note: PLEASE try to limit your submissions to only 1-2 of your favorite screenshots. We like to try and let everyone showoff their town but it becomes difficult when some of you are sending in 7-10 images. Pick your favorite areas and send them in (or if you stitch photos together, that works too). We’ll try our best to get EVERYONE in, but please understand that sometimes we miss a photo or two. If we miss you one week, we’ll try really hard to make sure we get you in the next week. You’re always welcome to showoff your town, at any time, on our Flickr page. We know a lot of you have awesome towns that you want to show off, but please try to stick with this week’s theme. Remember, this isn’t a contest. There’s nothing to win. It’s just a fun way to showoff your town and get some design inspiration from your fellow Addicts. 🙂

Update time in Springfield! Always nice to see new content in TSTO, as the latest mini-event has hit our games. Of course, an all-new event means all-new premium content in our stores, just tempting us to drop those pink sprinkles!
As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Well, I’m finally getting a chance to sit down on my computer and write up the Turbo Tappin’ for the Summer Games mini-event. Sorry this is so late! Friday drops, followed by long weekends, and chaos at work on Monday is never a good mix for me. Anyway, despite the surprise drop date it’s always nice to have new content from TSTO! The Summer Games 2020 event is a nice distraction from the world…kinda.
Of course, as with all events, a questline comes with it to help move us through the ins and outs of the event…and unlock all of the prizes. As was mentioned on the rundown post this mini-event is similar to the previous mini-events, in that you’ve got to complete various tasks to unlock the prizes.
So let’s take a look at the questline to see just how to unlock all of the prizes…
