I’ve got no little robin hood Lisa. I got the info box to say I’d unlocked it, but it’s not available anywhere – on her or in my inventory.
She unlocks in the questline. I am in the same boat as having earned the gold to have her but waiting for the point in the quests that prompts her stuff.
OMG, This is the MOST fun yet! I had saved All My donuts from Gil’s donut sale, it toon me about 15 minutes to spend 1400 donuts last nite! OH OH LOVE THE REVENGE tap. I don’t know, but I. Giggle every time I use it, I have shields in my town and I did receive about 20 donuts for being one of the first to play! This is the best time ever! THANK YOU EA AND THIS FORUM! You guys rock
I got the 15 free donut pop up like 4 different times plus I got numerous notifications over past two days. Finally got the 15 sprinklees this afternoon.

I got 4 donuts yesterday, from my daily town friend visits! The most I get is usually one, anyone else ever get this much!?
I’ve heard of folks getting 4-5 but it’s certainly not the usual. Congrats on your haul. I myself got one and was super stoked.
Got my donuts but had to wait a few hours after seeing the notification as I’ve been at a wedding reception and thought it would be slightly rude to get my phone out and start tapping away at the game. Though I’ve been drinking that elixir tonight and my tapping fingers aren’t always doing what I want them too now.
Still can’t complete the defend town with cheaters task… Already added myself on the thread.
I just logged back in my game and lost all my donuts…I had 60 (45 before the free donuts) got kicked out…a big 0!!!
Should I contact EA?

Things might be back to normal now- I logged into my game about 10 min ago and didn’t have an issue. What a great bonus! And that’s in addition to 2 free ones last night (1 from a Lisa ‘clean up Springfield’ task, one from visiting a neighbour). Excited to have another event happening, looks like it will be fun
I guess I’m probably the only user that’s fine that I lost my donuts when the game kicked me out. I have just bought a premium building and after I signed back in my donuts were right back up to before the free donuts! A premium building for 15 donuts, I’m getting out while I’m ahead.

Just letting you know I just had the most wonderful EA customer experience ever. He was a fellow tapper and he understood my pain. I had lost my 15 donuts. And he added them back quick as I lost them. So guys if you have a problem have them call you.

I got my free donuts so I am happy. A little bummed that I can’t do a final check of my Springfield on the blazing fast wifi before leaving the office for the day. But 15 free sprinklies sure do cushion the blow!
You would think a company like ea would have better servers able to take the strain of players all coming at once…..then again blizzard server failure lasted 3 months on diablo 3 so let’s hope it’s not that bad 😉

I finally got back into the game but I got this odd message “15 donuts have been deducted from your account to pay your Bunny Tax”

Uh huh…Pretty much the jist of it. Just like car traffic, the servers get hit with a lot of traffic and cause crashes and confusion or a complete shut down. Just give it a lil bit and it will come back once everyone moves along. 😉

Everyone must be hitting it, I cant even log in! No problem, though, my donuts aren’t going anywhere.
Sign in now to see Bart screen over and over again (i saw the popup, screengrabbed it, tried to connect to a random town, got a unable to find a match error (i guess when the server crashed), & then Bart Bart Bart (good thinking EA, release the free donuts all at once instead of when a person reached a set stage (which would spread out the demand some) when the servers are already lagging) (off to lookup the max number of nerds per town, and how that varies based on number of castles, etc)Thanks for all the useful tips here.

Help!! Got that message and went to log in. Now every time I try the donut turns and then the bart screen comes up. When I click retry the donut turns again but I get brought back to the bart screen time and time again. This happened during easter too and lost me a lot of time! Can’t handle this happening again. Any idea how to fix it?? I’ve force closed loads of times but nothings working. No doubt all my buildings will be destroyed when I get back in haha.

I am fully await the update process long time player😃a couple of us TSTO players are calling this the worst event ever! Monorail would of been heaps better😎

I just got them as well – then the game crashed within a few seconds and repeated attempts (20+) to connect to the server are going nowhere – I hope those donuts are still there!

i finally got in and got my donuts ad got kicked out again. when i finally got back my donuts were gone 🙁 this is making me very sad 🙁

Be patient, it is hard to get in right now. Just got mine after 20min of not being able to connecting to server.

I got that alert too but now when I try to open the app, I keep getting a “cannot connect to server” error. Anyone else seeing this?
