Missing Friends

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s late here so I’ll write more about this in the morning… but that’s a new bug in Springfield. Surprise!

This is getting ridiculous.  Now neighbors are missing.   You go to your friends list (neighbors)  and no one is listed except Other Springfield.  It’s not just you… it’s now widespread.

Missing entire friends lists.. are you kidding me?!  What’s next? Squidport suddenly going to disappear?  The town going to blow up again?  EA this is getting freaking ridiculous will you fix your damn game already?

Patric adding to this…
It is likely that this issue is also related to the login issues that people have had all day. I suspect that there is a serious problem with user IDs.

No solutions yet… this is turning out to be a “wonderful update”…but, you had to expect this with Itchy and Scratchy. A TV show inside of a TV show is never good! Messes with the time/space continuem.

Don’t panic. They are going to have to fix this one…

UPDATE…they are back. We’ll see if this helps with the login issues. – PM

Addicts Question Corner: Itchy & Scratchy Bugs, Tips, Tricks & Rants…Oh My!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Itchy and Scratchy Land hit are games yesterday and wowsers is this event full of issues or what?!  Reminds me of the “old days” of TSTO, back when every event promised to be Simpson filled and bug riddled.  For those of us who played TSTO between 2012-2015, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.

It’s been relatively calm in the world of TSTO, when it comes to bugs, for the last couple of years.  Sure there have been a few…and the rollback one is a HUGE one…but it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as it was a few years ago.  Well…Itchy and Scratchy (always looking to destroy something) sure changed that!

From reading your comments, and boy have you guys been commenting the last 24hrs, the general consensus is the vast majority of you are pretty pissed off.  Whether it’s your game freezing, your game lagging, you’re just generally pissed they eliminated Krustyland or something else there’s a lot of ticked off Addicts around here!  So let’s get to some of your general complaints and see if we can help you fix some of the issues you may be experiencing…

Itchy and Scratchy Land- Act One Calendar

Well…well…well.  That’s not exactly what I was hoping for…

Let’s just say that I am currently too deep into the “holyfreakinshirt…did they rEAlly do THAT?” mode to be too positive and chatty about the numbers to “get it all” for Act I.

As has been the case over the past few events…there will be some grinding (of teeth in my case), there will be some crafting (maybe less than usual in my case), and there will be a ton of people who are going to freak out when they “are behind” after a day or two.

I’m not really sure just how EAsy this act will be. But, I am certain that because of the idiotic item limits (more about that in another post), I will be making some serious decisions on IF I can even place what I win.

But, strap on the backpack of “happy smiles,” and grimace… Here are the numbers for all of you who want to make sure you can plan your lives around “getting it all.”

Turbo Tappin’ Itchy and Scratchy Land: Act 1

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s nearly summertime (at least in the Northern Hemisphere) and who doesn’t think of theme park visits when thinking about summer?  With the latest Itchy and Scratchy Land update you can build your own theme park in TSTO AND eliminate Krustyland once and for all! Just make sure you have your flashbulb cameras ready to destroy the evil robots…

As was mentioned on the rundown post Act 1 of Itchy and Scratchy Land runs until June 13th, and you’ll have to destroy Krustyland to get things started.

Don’t forget the Questline will help you get some bonus prize currency…so make sure you complete it to earn that extra currency…also the questline is there to guide you.  Make sure you complete the main questline in order to unlock things like neighbor actions, crafting and more.

Now let’s work our way through the frenzy of the Act 1 questline….
