Character: Lugash
Donut Price: 175 Donuts
Pros:
-Comes with his own building, Lugash’s Gym
-Comes with a quest line for Lugash
-Lugash is another character to use the Adult Education Annex (in addition to Lenny)
-Has a couple of very funny outdoor tasks
Cons:
-Expensive Addition
-Has no interaction with regular characters.
Final Thought:I enjoy having Lugash, and his child intimidating ways, in my game but you might not. If you’re tight on donuts you may want to look for a better return on your investment

Should I Spend Donuts on Otto?

Wondering if you should spend donuts on Otto? Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding Otto to your Springfield.

Character: Otto
Donut Price: 120 donuts
Pros:
-Comes with his own building, the School Bus
-The most affordable character/building combo
-Comes with a quest line
-Otto is the only character to use King Toot’s regularly
-Completes the School Workers Character Set
-Earns 50% more on tasks than regular characters
-One of the few premium characters to have crossover tasks in Krustyland
Cons:
-Otto uses illegal substances in the game, and depending on your views you may want to pass on him
-He doesn’t interact with any other characters
Final Thought:
There really are very few reasons not to buy the School Bus and Otto. For the price and the combo of a building that generates income and a premium character that generates money you really can’t go wrong with this one.

Pros:
-Comes with his Lab, which helps your Indolence Rating
-Comes with a Quest Line
-Really cool outdoor tasks, like riding a flying machine and testing a gizmo
Cons:
-A little pricey
Final Thought: It’s hard to imagine a Springfield with out Professor Frink. If you can swing it, it’s worth the addition to your town!

-Comes with the Community Center, although he doesn’t use it.

-Several humorous outdoor tasks
-Earns 50% more than regular characters
-Voiced
Cons:
-A little pricey
-Doesn’t use the building he comes in.
Final Thought: I love having Jasper in the game! His outdoor tasks are great, and always good for a laugh! If you can swing it, get Jasper!

-They do nothing for your town. No tasks, no bonus, nothing.
-Extremely Expensive for what he does
Final Thought: Unless you’ve already purchased all the other premium characters, save your donuts!

Final Thought: It’s expensive, but it’s Barney! If you can swing it, how can you not have him in your town?

Donut Price: 200 donuts
Pros:
-Comes with his own building, Volcano Lair
-Premium tasks that earn 50% more than regular characters
-Comes with a quest line
-Good outdoor tasks
Cons:
-Expensive addition
-Only two of his tasks are outdoors
-Building is quite large, and can be difficult to place
Final Thought: This one is really a toss-up. If you have the extra donuts and want a new building and character I’d say go for it, but if you’re short on donuts you may want to check out other characters.

Should I Spend Donuts on Little Lady Justice?

Level 33 is here (woohoo!) and with it comes Little Lady Justice, a new premium decoration for your Springfield. I’m sure you’re asking “Should I Spend Donuts On This?” Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down Little Lady Justice and if she’s worth your donuts:

Decoration: Little Lady Justice
Donut Price: 75 donuts
Unique?: No, you can have as many as you want
Bonus: 2.75% (bonus cash and XP to all tasks)
Bonus % Per Donut Spent: 0.037%
Conform-o-Meter Points: 10 Obedience
Where Can I Place It?: Little Lady Justice is one of the few decorations that can be placed on your land, on the beach and even on the Squidport Boardwalk

Final Thought: At 75 Donuts Little Lady Justice is one of the more expensive premium decorations in TSTO. It’s actually the same cost as the Boardwalk Fountain with the same Bonus percentage awarded, except the Boardwalk Fountain is unique and awards 1000 vanity points. It’s a fairly decent bonus percentage, but not the greatest return for the amount of donuts spent.
If you think she’s a great fit for your Springfield I say add it, but if you’re more concerned about maximizing your bonus payouts there are plenty of other (less expensive) decorations that award a higher % rate per donut spent.

Hey Tappers!
Back with Part II of the Level 33 main questline. Missed the first part of the Level 33 Walkthrough? You can find it here Part I
When we last left Eddie and Lou were back in Springfield (via the S.W.A.T Van) and in an effort to “crack down on crime” Chief Wiggum drank a little too much of Cletus’s Moonshine while questioning him. We pick the walkthrough back up with Eddie, Lou and Chief Wiggum trying to find “big crime”…and it not working out so well…

Tapped Out Walkthrough: Level 33 “Here Comes the Sunsphere”

As we’ve all seen by now Level 33 comes with two new buildings for your Springfield, the Springfield Wax Museum and the Sunsphere. While the Sunsphere does not generate income for your Springfield, like other buildings do, it does unlock a “mini quest” for Bart, Martin, Nelson & Milhouse. It also unlocks a permanent 16 hour task for Bart, Nelson, Milhouse and Martin to Celebrate the ‘WOD FIR’.
Keep Nelson free for the completion of the Sunsphere build, he kicks off the quest.
