Should I Spend Donuts on Knightboat?

Level 38 is here (woohoo!) and with it comes the KnightBoat, an all new premium decoration for your water.  Now, as with all new premium content you may be asking “Should I Spend Donuts On THIS?”  Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding this criminal chasing boat to your Springfield!
knightboat_menu
Decoration: Knightboat
Donut Price: 40donuts
Unique?: No, you can have as many as you want
Bonus: 2% (bonus cash and XP to all tasks)
Bonus % Per Donut Spent: 0.05%
Conform-o-Meter Points: 400 Vanity
Where Can I Place It?: Water only.

Final Thought: At 40 donuts and a 2% bonus the Knightboat is one of the best donut to bonus items you can purchase in TSTO.  Plus it’s a BOAT, and gives you something new for your water.
Of course water in TSTO is one of the most expensive tiles of land to purchase, so it’s understandable if you don’t have enough water open to accommodate the Knightboat AND Squidport.  But once some opens up it’s definitely a good investment!

What do you think?  Will you be paying 40 donuts for Knightboat?
