Hello Fellow Addicts!

I apologize for my lack of new posts lately, I’ve returned back to college and unfortunately, that means my time is pretty limited. However, I recently stumbled upon a great article about how The Simpsons helped Apple develop their touch screen keyboard and I figured “hey since we’re all tappers” it’d be great to share with my fellow Addicts!

Who remembers this early episode of The Simpsons?

TSTO Anonymous… I have no social life!

So… this game is “Life-Ruiningly Fun” and “a social game for crying out loud” but lately this Wookiee feels on some days that he has no social life. Probably my own fault but like any good Addict, I have chosen TSTO as my scapegoat lol. This process is called transference, look it up if you like!

We begin today’s bi-monthly meeting of TSTO Anonymous with a video provided by one of our members. He goes by the name Drew Dabble and is an outstanding blogger in his own right. My Game Is Telling Me to Create a New Account, What Do I Do?

Well for starters don’t listen to it whatever you do! I can assure you, much like that infomercial product on late night TV, you don’t need it! Odds are Bart is causing trouble again and the servers are just having some issues.

Next, and I know I say this a lot, don’t panic! Odds are it’s not just happening to you but lots of other tappers out there too. I can assure you your game will still be there and it’s going to be okay. This is something that happens from time to time and you just need to be patient and wait it out…I know I know easier said than done!

If you ever see a message in your game that prompts you to create a new account back out of the game, hard close it and think about deleting it off of your device and reinstalling it. If this doesn’t work, it may be because the servers are having bigger problems then we realize. Try putting your game down for an hour or two, I know it’s difficult, then try logging in again.

If you’re still having problems you can check out the Origin Server Status (herehttp://www.origin.com/status). However, if the servers are having issues and constantly going on and off you may not get the most reliable answer on game status.

One more thing friends…NEVER create a new account on origin with the same email address. Doing this may just make your game disappear! So be patient and wait it out!
