Should I Spend Donuts on Disco Stu?
Level 35 is here and with it comes a blast from the 70’s, Disco Stu! I’m sure you’re asking “Should I Spend Donuts On This?” Well before you hit that confirm button, let’s break down the Pros and Cons of adding Stu to your Springfield.
Character: Disco Stu
Donut Price: 180 donuts (Yowzer!)
Pros:
-Comes with his own groovy quest line
-Several outdoor tasks, which is great because you can watch him boogie down!
-Comes with his own building, Stu’s Disco
-Will ride around your Springfield in roller-skates
-VOICED, with some REALLY funny sayings!
Cons:
-Pricey. At 180 donuts he’s one of the more expensive premium characters to come with a building.
-After his quest line he has no other interactions with other characters.
-Some of his lines can, and will, get on your nerves. All the groovy comments might make you feel like you’re stuck in an episode of “The Brady Bunch”
Final Thought:
Personally I’m a fan of the Disco Stu addition to the game. I like that he comes with a building, and I believe it’s the first nightclub building in Springfield. Which just means EA is starting to, finally, branch out and give us some different building options in Springfield. I do think 180 is a pretty steep price to pay for him, but if you can save your donuts (or wait for a Gil sale!) I think Disco Stu is a must buy!
Task | Task Length | Payout | Building |
Roller Boogie | 1hr | $105, 26xp | Outside |
Get Snacks for the Party | 4hrs | $260, 70xp | Kwik-E-Mart |
Boogie Down | 6hrs | $350, 90xp | Outside Stu’s Disco |
Drink at Moe’s | 8hrs | $420, 105xp | MOE’s |
Work a Shift at Stu’s Disco | 12hrs | $600, 150xp | Stu’s Disco |
Boogie Down with God | 24hrs | $1000, 225xp | First Church of Springfield |

3D 101/Basics
Here at addicts we’re busy writing away about level 35, but for those tappers who don’t spend donuts to speed up quests and are waiting 36 hours for the Spinster City Apartments to build here’s another “How-To” by Bunny to help you pass the time!
It’s that time again for me to learn y’all on some fun and cool stuff to do in the game when there is downtime, or you just want to give your town that lil extra OOOMPH. 🙂
So sit down, grab a snack, and I suggest pulling out your phones…yes…I said take out your phones. It’s a lot funner when you play along, right?

Level 35: What We Know So Far
Level 35 was released just about 2.5 hours ago now! And Nick is back at college and busy with classes during this update, so I’m going to attempt my best to do a “what we know so far” for Level 35! That goodness I can look back at his older posts!
Here’s what we know about Level 35 so far:
-As you can see from the Level 35 Level Up! Message, our pal ol’ Gil gets the honors this time and leveling up comes with 2 donuts! Level 34 also came with 2 donuts, so this is a change in EA’s usual pattern of 1-2 donuts on Level Ups! Continue reading
Level 35 is Here!
Level 35 is here (and really early in the morning too)!!!!
Patti, Selma, Jub Jub and Disco Stu have all FINALLY made their appearance in TSTO! As well as some new decorations!
More details to come…but for now keep Homer free because he stats it off (him and Pork Chops!)
You’ll need to build the Spinster Apartments to unlock Patti and Selma, and they take 36hrs to build, and cost $391,500 (!)
More to come as it unfolds…and my fellow Addicts wake up 🙂
