Simpson, Homer Simpson… He is back to play from off the screen…
In the… Village of Wookieetown… He’s about to pop a ghost or three!
Hey there Addicterinos! If you have been one of the unlucky few to be missing Homer or Lisa, check your game. Homie is back in my Springfield and I seriously hope that means he’s back for every one! As always, if your glitches aren’t fixed, we’re here to help as best we can and when push comes to shove, EA is an e-mail away. Thanks EA for finally freeing my favorite donut eater! I’m off to try and catch up with Halloween quests… Jebus knows I’m a little behind.
With all of the Halloween premium items that are limited-time it may be overwhelming trying to decide which items to buy and what to pass on. With that limited-time label on items I know it can be tempting to just buy everything you can. But, have no fear! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth your donuts & what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Ray Gun & Kodos to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button, let’s break down the Pros and Cons of adding this to your Springfield.
Decoration/Character: Ray Gun Donut Price: 150 Donuts Unique?: Yes Pros: -The ONLY way to unlock Kodos, you have to shoot him down.
-After you shoot him down he crashes into the Ray Gun & Frink gives you a new Ray Gun. So it’s two decorations & a character for the price of 1. Crashed UFO, Ray Gun & Kodos
-Limited-Time decoration. Great for new tappers and Android players who couldn’t play TSTO last year because it wasn’t available on Android.
-Kodos comes with his own questline once unlocked.
-Kodos has a permanent task with Kang (free with the Victorian UFO)
-Kodos premium character that pays out premium rates on all jobs.
Cons: -Expensive. At 150 donuts, this is one of the more expensive decoration/donut
combinations in the game.
-Kodos will not fly around anymore once you’ve shot him down. Therefore, you will not be able to shoot him down over and over with the Ray Gun.
-Pretty large. With both the Crashed UFO & the Ray Gun they’ll take up quite a bit of space in your Springfield. Final Thought: While 150 donuts is quite a big price tag for an item/character, I personally think Kodos is worth it. He’s a limited time character and a great addition to Springfield. Plus the Ray Gun & Crashed UFO make really great additions to Springfield! So if you can swing it, I say go for it! To me, he’s worth the investment. Kodos’s Tasks:

Wondering if you should add the Heck House to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button, let’s break down the Pros and Cons of adding this to your Springfield.
Decoration/Skin: Heck House Donut Price: 40 Donuts Unique?: Yes
Pros:
-Adds a different look to your Church
-Animation…the letters flash on the sign and the marquee shows a skull and cross bones.
-Limited-Time decoration. Great for new tappers and Android players who couldn’t play TSTO last year because it wasn’t available on Android.
Cons:
-Does not come with unlock quests
-Only a skin
Final Thought: For those holding on tight to their precious donuts, I say this one may not be really worth it. I just can’t see spending 40 donuts on a skin for a building. So, myself, I would say unless you’ve already purchased all of the other premium characters/buildings or you’re a completest, I would really wait on this one and save your donuts to decide towards the end of the event if you really want it.
Ummmm…I wouldn’t drink the water in Springfield right now. SERIOUSLY! Have you seen how dark and ooooozy and slimy and green…and…and…and…
Next time you are hopping around in your town, take a lil bit to see if you can catch a glimpse of THIS guy in the water. o.O
(Just FYI, this zombie makes a quick appearance in Treehouse of Horror III “Dial Z for Zombie”. He and another are seeking brains as they approach Homer. They realize he has none and move one. )
