Level 41… Oh Yeah!
Wookiee back with yet another WDTCF for our newest level update. The lady Addicts decided I got to do this one because I’m the resident beer enthusiast. Nothing like a Duff to top off your event and with this new update, we got yet another radical Duff item to add to not only our towns, but our waters. (I can hear Bunny cry “eeeee….. boats” all the way from the basement.)
How’s it Tappin Hoppereenos? Another Level update, another strange new item in our towns. It leaves us scratching our heads and trying to figure out just why is it there?

Hey hey friends… Wookiee here. Can you believe I just found Cletus in my attic setting bear traps? The nerve of some yokels. Got him to leave by threatening to rip his arms off and telling him about the tender bunny meat down below. Boy is he in for a surprise… I’m the gentle one in this house.

Well Level 41 is upon us and with it come a whole new set of Conform-O-Meter requirements, as well as new decorations and buildings to contribute towards your 5-star rating! In my efforts to write the post for the Level 41 Confrom-O-Meter changes I realized that in the craziness of Easter and all the lag issues I never recapped the Conform-O-Meter changes Level 40 & the Yellow Badge of Cowardge. So…there’s no time like the present so why not cover all three in 1 post? 🙂
Of course with the release of Levels 40 and 41 many of the requirements to maintain 5 Stars on your Conform-O-Meter have changed, so let’s check it out and see what the new requirements are. So now you’ll have all the information you need to maintain that 5-Star Springfield!
The Conform-O-Meter is an important part of Tapped-Out because it provides you with a bonus boost in your cash and XP from everything you collect in the game. When you achieve a 5-Star Town (it’s max rating) you will receive a 5% bonus on all money and XP collected in your town. If you missed the previous Conform-O-Meter posts check here for the basics and here for how many points you’ll need to reach 5 stars.

Level 41 has arrived in Springfield! And with it Dr. Hibbert’s family gets a little bit bigger, with the introduction of his brother in-law Chester Dupree! Now I know you may be trying to decide of this lazy character and his unfinished shed are worth YOUR donuts, but have no fear! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Level 41 is upon us and with it comes Chester Dupree, a brand new (never before seen) character that’s Dr. Hibbert’s brother in-law!
For those of you who don’t know Chester Dupree is a premium character you can puchase for 15o donuts & comes with an unfinished shed. The Unfinished Shed is a running joke in the show and apparently a running family joke for one of the writers at Gracie Films. (as is almost every other gag on The Simpsons!) Chester is here to make Dr. Hibbert’s life…miserable! If he’s not already, he’ll soon regret telling Moe he was lonely!
So now that we have a new premium character you know what that means right? Time for another Turbo Tappin’ Premium Edition! Chester has a short 9 part questline that also heavily involves Dr. Hibbert. So let’s get to Tappin’ shall we?
Hello Addicts.
While I tend to be the laid back fella here, I had to take the time today to write a short little post. It’s Memorial Day in the United States. For anyone unaware, this is the day that Americans usually think of as a three-day weekend for BBQing and generally enjoying an extra day off work. Others recognize it has something to do with the military. It does include these things but on this holiday, I felt the duty to write a bit more about it. We all love The Simpsons but sometimes, real life has to be mentioned too.

How are my favorite Tappers this evening? Everyone enjoying their weekend? Get anything productive done? Here at Addicts HQ we’ve been spending this Sunday cleaning up the blog a bit. Updating some old posts/pages & making things look all pretty after the craziness of all the Events in a row. All little things to help you (and us) navigate TSTO Addicts that much better!
Anyway….it IS Sunday and you know what that means, right? No, not time to build Dr. Hibbert’s shed…we’ll leave that for Chester! It’s time for another Sunday Night Open Thread!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.
So…here is your Sunday Night Open Thread. No new episodes of The Simpsons until the Fall, how will YOU now spend your Sunday nights? Level 41 hit our games this past week, what do you think of the new characters & story-lines? EA surprised us all with a sweet little apology yesterday, and gave us all 20 Free Donuts! How will you spend your sprinkles? Our LEGO contest wrapped up last night, what did you think of it and the results? Will you be collecting the Simpson’s Minifigs now?

Welcome Addicts to a new addition to our posts. In this little game of ours, we tend to forget those characters that are few and far between. We get so involved in the game, so into the latest events…that we sometimes forget to pay attention to the little things. The little details that make the Springfield world go around. The thing that seems to be really lacking/missing from Springfield.
What exactly is it I am going on about? What is so terribly important to the game that would draw such attention. WOMEN OF COURSE! To be a bit more specific, The Real Housewives of Springfield (and maybe a mistress or 3. Gotta have the drama aspect in any series, right?).
So keep your eyes on our blog as we take you on a new journey into the lives of each of the women currently and NOT currently available in the game.
