A bit a go I posted in regards to the STILL ongoing issue with the Goo count just not matching up with the Spooktacular Bonus count. Not to mention sometimes just not getting one. I have been in constant contact with EA on the issue. Phone calls, emails, online chats, etc. I FINALLY got an update back. A little late for my taste as the event is about over, but at least they are trying to correct issue.
Bunny and I have written a lot of words about how we make our 2D creations. Thought I would mix it up a little this week and just show the different decorations which can be used for various colors.
While this list is not all inclusive, it is most of the decorations we use to make our art. I think I can speak for Bunny and I when I say we seriously want EA to come out with even more simple decorations of different colors to expand the art we can make.
I wanted to keep this post short but also wanted to show off all the cool Halloween-inspired 2D that was done this event as well as some of the decorations used in each.
Here are mine:
And here are the amazing 2Ds from the beautiful and talented Bunny:
Well, I hope everyone’s week has started well and continues on strong to the weekend! Maybe this will spark a couple more ideas for any one interested in creating some 2D art in their own town. Y’all stay classy… Wookiee out!
Well Halloween is almost over in Springfield. Once it’s gone on November 7th, the option to buy many of the Halloween décor will be gone! Poof just like that! They’ll disappear into the night never to be able to be purchased again…unless of course EA decides to bring them back next year for Halloween.
With all of the Halloween premium items that are limited-time it may be overwhelming trying to decide which items to buy and what to pass on. With that limited-time label on items I know it can be tempting to just buy everything you can. But, have no fear! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth your donuts & what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Freakmobile to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button, let’s break down the Pros and Cons of adding this store to your Springfield.
For our last but certainly not least Halloween donut Premium item, we will let our TSTO Addicts Forum Moderator Poisonshift put in his two cents. 🙂
Decoration: Freakmobile Donut Price: 35 Donuts Unique?: No
Pros: -0.75% bonus money and XP to all Jobs.
-Since this item is not unique you can place several of them and reap the multiplier benefits!
-Another car!!! Well, that alone spells it.
Cons: -After Halloween is over, this very creepy looking car wont mesh well with modern civilization, even in Springfield.
-Fairly expensive for only a quarter percent increase to your overall net.
Final Thought: If you’re saving your donuts for something, save them for something else unless you’re a completest or you want more cars in your parking lot. If you want to put it somewhere when the event is over I would suggest near Frink’s Lab if you have it. And think of it as the Frinkmobile, he’s always got strange things going on over there and it could go well with a lab compound setup if you have one like I do. Honestly, I think this would be the last thing you would want to buy for the Limited Time Halloween event.
