The Toxic Shark 2D

Wow, it has been a bit of time since my itchy lil tappin fingers have stopped long enough to create something new. Just having to much fun frakkin files, writing stories, and messing around in the Twitterverse that I got too distracted.

Well I think it is high time I got around to a project that has been on my mind for quite a few months now.

A great reader of all things Addicts and also friend over TOuk, toxicshark, took the time to create some really amusing “locations” with his graphics programs for us Addicts. They cracked me up a lot. As a nod back to him, I wanted to create a Shark for him. Sadly, the mist engulfed our towns…then the snow. So it was quite difficult to play around with my 2D art the way I wanted. Nothing looked quite right.

Oh!  Chest pains…. Springfield Showoff- Nice Hedges

As we sit here frakkin files, pulling pics, and typing a million words a minute to get our readers the latest updates and information…we find ourselves sometimes forgetting to stop and enjoy our own games. More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to.

So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers. Time to time we will be peaking into your towns, checking our Flickr, and also the posts in the comments below to see what cool ideas and designs YOU have come up with to make your towns unique and…well…YOU.

WDTCF- Mr. Sparkle

FINALLY!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! A fluffy Bunny is VERY happy right now. Well, kinda. Lol. Something I have been wanting in the game for a while is now here.

We had a lil in game update that brought us a few new items to go along with the Episode tie in for “Married to the Blob”. It included a brand new “never seen before” character, Kamiko. The Swanky Fish was brought back from the past. But the item I was giggling about, MR. SPARKLE. Woohoo!

Tapped Out on Christmas: What to Tap Now? 2D/3D Part 2

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Back with another edition of Tapped Out on Christmas!  I’ve been noticing more and more in the comments many tappers asking what’s next?  You’ve completed the Gift Card prizes (although if you haven’t…don’t panic you still have plenty of time…until next Tuesday (the 14th) to be exact), won all of the wheel prizes (again if you haven’t don’t panic…or feel one of the F words…you still have plenty of time) and you have no clue what to do until the next update.

And now we’ve gotten word that the Christmas Event has been EXTENDED another week!  What’s an Addicted Tapper to do?

Should you still be tapping Neighbor-eeno’s houses with Gift Cards?  Should you still be dropping gift bags?  Should you still be tapping your own presents?  Well over the next couple of days we’re going to take a look at things you can do to prevent yourself from becoming Tapped Out on Christmas and still keep your head in the game.

It’s 2D Tuesday here at Addicts and it’s my turn to show you one of my creations.  Back in mid-December, I was in a bit of an artistic funk with all the snow messing up the decorations I liked to use for my art.  Courtesy of my friend Joodah and her beautiful work, I decided I needed to put on my big Wookiee pants and soldier on with my art.  I love plugging my peeps so here’s Joodah’s wintry work that made my 2D heart grow three sizes that day. A Fatty New Year 2D
