Boy, our Springfield is stuffed full of ALL sorts of odd animals and creatures, huh? We have Dolphins, puking frog thing, zombie pets, and then some.
Ever since I started this game, there is one thing I just couldn’t understand that HADN’T been put in the game yet. I mean it was the entire reason Homer allowed the plant to blow up in the first place. IT STARTED IT ALL!!
What the heck is Bunny rambling on about? The Happy Little Elves of course! Homer was so addicted to the game, he forgot to do his actual job and blew up Springfield. Sound familiar to any of you? Are YOU on your game or this blog right now at work? Yup, thought so. đ
How’s your gift card collecting going? Are you getting closer to that magic 30,000 mark? Getting ready to unlock Costington’s and Mr. Constington? If you’re not there yet don’t worry, as long as you’re staying on track with Bunny’s Gift Card Calendar you’ll collect all of the Personal Prizes before the event is over! For those who are close to, or already at, the 30,000 Gift Card mark…let’s take a look at what happens when you unlock Costington’s.
Costington’s will automatically be placed in your inventory once you unlock it. Once placed it will take you 24hrs to build. After it’s built Mr. Costington will be introduced into the game as well as his 5 part questline! So let’s take a look at the Turbo Tappin’ version of The Cost of Doing Business..
Making progress on your Personal Prize Collecting? Â Are you staying on track with Bunny’s Counter? Â Or are you speeding right along?
It’s time to take another look at the Personal Prize Collection and the last two prizes (9 and 10), the Plow King’s Plow & Costington’s. Â Let’s take a look at how these two additions enter our world of TSTO…..
Just past Christmas Day and EA has released the 3rd Community Prize. It is a skin for Mr. Burns that turns him into…well…I guess you can’t turn him into a Scrooge due to he already is one. Worse than one actually.
Well along with Ebenezer Burns, you will get a questline. So here is the quick tappin verison of that.
800 Million Gift Bags in the Pot⊠the Third Community Prize!
Happy Christmas every one and Bah Humbug for all you Scroogerinos!
Well, itâs obvious that the TSTO global community is full of generous tappers giving to their neighbereenos! Granted EA had to lower the totals to make our gifts obtainable but without anyone playing the game, there wouldnât even be a âcommunityâ to label the prizes with, right? If there are Scrooges playing our favorite game, the Bob Cratchitâs far outnumber them for sure.
Christmas has arrived in Springfield! Â But, with all of the new Christmas premium items that are limited-time it may be overwhelming trying to decide which items to buy and what to pass on. With that limited-time label on items I know it can be tempting to just buy everything you can. But, have no fear! Thatâs where we come in to tell you whatâs worth your donuts & what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add Candy Kevin to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button, letâs break down the Pros and Cons of adding this guy to your Springfield.
Character: Candy Kevin Donut Price: 40 donuts
Pros: -Reasonably priced. Â At 40 donuts he’s 5 donuts less than the K9 Officer.
-Festive Character for your town
Cons: -Despite being a character in Tapped Out Candy Kevin does not come with any tasks, so he is a Non-Playable Character
-No Questline
-After Christmas there really is no point to have him roaming around your Springfield (like the Zombies at Halloween)
Final Thought: Personally I think youâre better off saving your donuts and passing on this one. Â Candy Kevin really provides no benefit to your Springfield and aside from the entertainment value of a man dressed around as a giant Candy Cane, it really has no return for your invested donuts. Â So, unless youâve already purchased all of the other premium characters or youâre a completest, Iâd pass on this one and save your donuts.
Just remember whatever you decide this is a LIMITED-TIMEcharacter and once itâs gone, itâs goneâŠso be sure to get it before the event is over if youâre thinking about it.
